I ordered from the app, so I can't comment about the length of time to order. My food was decent, I got the box meal with crunch wrap. The tostada shell tasted a little stale and was very hard, but other than that, it was OK. I mean, it's Taco Bell, what do you expect.
I came in tonight close to closing time and was worried the employees were going to be irritated however Yoni was extremely helpful and happy to handle my order. He made everything fresh for me and even after apologizing for coming in last minute he assured me it was no problem at all and he was happy to help. Definitely the best Crunchwrap I've had thus far from Taco Bell. Thank you Yoni!
