“My husband has gone from hating Taco Bell and loving Del Taco to requesting Taco Bell. He usually gets the steak grilled cheese or the 5 layer burrito. We also get the soft shells tacos or the chicken quesadilla. They usually get our modifications correct, and the service is usually friendly and swift. Fair price for the food.“
“Yesterday I had gone through drive through to order the chicken Cantina, I was on my way to work when half way through my order I saw a hair sticking out, I thought it must be mine but the hair color was brown/orange and I have blue hair. I went back only to switch the one taco. The gentlemen who helped me apologized and ask if I wanted anything else I told him no it was fine. I know it can happen here and there in the food industry, I’m a Supervisor myself. But I want to a knowledge the young man his customer services was on top!!! From the minute I order through the drive through. Even though I said no to anything extra he ended up putting another taco in a bag. We need more people like him in the food industry, I wish I asked his name but if you see this, with that service you’ll be sure moving up!!“
