First of all, the picture is wrong, this is not 697 E. Bidwell, they don't have a play place anymore. The service is usually good. The food is usually hot and fresh and tasty, and if there is something wrong they are quick to fix it. The dining area is always clean. I go there all the time.
The Service is baaaad!I wanted to eat inside the restaurant but i received my food in a paper bag they didn’t even offer a tray to put my food. When I told them I want to eat inside they asked if I wanted a tray. I thought trays are specifically for customer who want to eat in the restaurant. Actually No trays offered to any customer. It looks trashy seeing everyone eating using the paper bags as a tray. I asked for ketchup and the cashier was rude and gave me attitude...read full review

They served a wonderful Egg McMuffin with sausage and hash brown. The restroom was wonderfully clean however had no paper products. I would visit there again. I visited 6:00 a.m. in the morning.
