They served a wonderful Egg McMuffin with sausage and hash brown. The restroom was wonderfully clean however had no paper products. I would visit there again. I visited 6:00 a.m. in the morning.

1030 Tuesday January 9thAwful customer service.A guy with a gangsta haircut didn't say hi, please thank you nothing.He looked me in the eyes though as if I was waisting his time while he and a coworker were cracking jokes and I had the nerve to interrupt. The expression on his face was I intimidating and upset. The cheese in the quarter pounder with cheese was very old so I didn't eat it but the fries were fine. I wished I decided not to pay him and just keep on driving than endure this mean guys face and attitude. I lived un this city since 1995 and the is the worst experience I've had at any drive thru. I'm not going back there again.
McDonald's is trash, their app is trash, their food is trash, their customer service is the worst in all of fast food. ? McDonald's needs to go out of business. Nothing like it used to be and that goes for most fast food chains.

I went to go get a quick bite for me and a friend before a nail appointment. Keep in mind line was 1 car deep when I ordered. I missed the payment window after I made my order which is of course my fault, I thought he said meet me at the last window. I waited in the line for the car in front of me to get their food which took 8 minutes and by that time the line got significantly longer. I get to the window and start of literally saying "I'm such a dumbass I'm so sorry I missed the first window" then the worker proceeds to get visibly angry and told me I really need to learn to pay attention because he's very busy, I apologized and asked him what my total was. Then he seemed to have some trouble and turned to me saying I messed up his system and proceed to slam his sliding window. This interaction was very uncomfortable and down right rude. I was trying to be as nice as possible because I realized I made a mistake and I was even going to pay and get my food after the worker demeaned me. But after he slammed the window I left because I was so taken back by his actions. I work In costumer service and I would never be rude to someone who owned the mistake and openly apologized.

First of all, the picture is wrong, this is not 697 E. Bidwell, they don't have a play place anymore. The service is usually good. The food is usually hot and fresh and tasty, and if there is something wrong they are quick to fix it. The dining area is always clean. I go there all the time.
