“Hi. I was there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I had fish with shrimp (creole on top) . I sat in the bar & the waitress was nice but I asked her if the entry was spicy & she reassured me it was not spicy. Well, it DID have a big kick to it & I could only eat about 1/3 of it because of that. She never came back soon after she served it to ask me how it was or I would have told her it WAS spicy. Your caesar salad was DELICIOUS & I highly recommend it. And your cheesecake with raspberry topping was good too. Had a glass of wine also. Sorry but I won't be back because the entry I ordered was spicy & told it wasn't . That was disappointing.”

“Wonderful experience! We tried the Buffet on a whim and really happy we did. The salad bar was fresh, pizzas came right out of the oven and the cheese twists were to die for. Erick was very accommodating and made sure we were taken of. Great service! Will definitely be back!”

“One of my all time favorite places. The people and management make It like “friends” but with a really unreal grilled cheese sandwich and soup. Get the soup with the sandwich. Add bacon. That is all.”

“Caspian Mediterranean Kitchen is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Previously located in Irvine Orange County, it has been relocated to Foot Hill Ranch less than a year ago. When I visited this new location for the first time, I was completely surprised by the incredibly pleasant ambiance. I ordered two dishes, one was Baghala Polo with lamb, and the other was chicken kebab with rice. I must say, they were among the most delicious Baghala Polo and chicken kebabs I have ever tasted. The staff was all kind and professional. Our server, Ali, was very courteous and skillfully served us. The restaurant was managed by a beautiful girl named Doryaneh, who provided us with a tour of the new establishment and graciously answered any questions we had." Although Caspian Mediterranean Kitchen distance from our home was a bit far, it was truly worth the journey, and I will definitely go there again with friends. Additionally, as I am planning to host a large party in the coming weeks, I have also placed a catering order with them. If you intend to have Mediterranean food, especially Persian cuisine, make sure to visit here; you won't be disappointed.”

“Love this place. We’ve been eating many times with my wife. What makes this restaurant unique is surely the dedication and love with which every meal is cooked. Carmen & Aurelian are great hosts and make you feel comfortable and taken care of. We will surely come back and bring friends and family. When you miss the flavors and taste of Mediterranean cuisine, Bravo Avo is the way to go! Tip: ask for the Saganaki and see Aurelian himself light it up in front of you at the sound of Opa!!!!!”

“We had the best experience! Our server, Eliseo was fantastic! He took great care of us and offered the perfect recommendations. The food was delicious!! A highlight dish was the pork chop and of course the Sea Bass was amazing!! WOW! We also loved the beet salad - so fresh and tasty! This restaurant is a winner!”

“We had a great lunch here! Their menu is extensive (lots of sandwiches/soups/salads and a full breakfast menu served all day) and they make their salad dressings in-house. We were here for a pretty late lunch and sat outside but service was great. Hope to come back for breakfast sometime!”

“Food and service was amazing. Prices were pretty high but everything else was top notch. Seemed to be a fairly new place or maybe remodeling. They are still working on some stuff like sign and door, and may want menu redone to read better.”

“Very good food. Many choices on menu. Downside is they are very hard to get on phone. Also the hours they have posted online, even on this page, show “OPEN” Sunday, when we found out the hard way they are indeed NOT open. Please change your online presence to state correct days/hours. Including Yelp. This would be very helpful. Other than that, I give it “2 Thumbs up”.”

“Amazing customer service! Bought a 40" rustler 2 grill from Walmart.com and it was listed as a propane grill. We were building an outdoor kitchen so it sat on a pallet for about 6 weeks before installing. Unfortunately when that time came it was a natural gas grill. I contacted Walmart and asked to remedy with a conversion kit( i gave tgem the solution), they said no. They went on to tell me nothing they could do except a $10 coupon(conversion kits are around $100 minimum) even though it was their listing that was wrong. So, after that pathetic customer service I decided to contact Brand Man and if nothing else let them know the listing was wrong and they may have other customers like me that got the wrong item and also to see if they could recommend a conversion kit to change the grill to propane. Completely blown away with the response I got. Ken, got back to me right away, was apologetic, and told me they would send me the correct grill and give me a local charity to take the other one to. I still can't believe how well this was handled. Grill arrived a few days later, got installed and roasted a prime rib for Christmas Eve as it's first order of duty and it came out perfect. The grill, the customer service, the recovery from Walmart's terrible start to this can't be appreciated enough. Thank you!”
