“We have been to at least 6 birthday parties here the past couple of years and also taken our two girls here quite a few times this past year or so and they have such a great time playing all the games! Tonight, (January 10th), we came as a family along with my parents to celebrate my younger daughter’s 4th birthday. I was so impressed at how kind the staff was (particularly a young Hispanic female employee) and that Chucky Cheese came over personally to greet my daughter when she was crying because she was not part of the other two large birthday parties and wanted to give him a hug and take a picture. It was really so sweet that they went out of their ways to do that and meant so much to us! That made our daughter’s night and birthday so much more memorable! Customer service and kind, cool people go a long way in my book, as well as my family’s and we will continue to come here and recommend to others, especially after tonight’s positive experience! You know how sometimes you get the feeling that the staff don't really want to be there? Everyone we interacted with seemed like they were happy to be there. Very fun and delicious place to enjoy a meal with friends or family, or even a business lunch. The complimentary house bread was so yummy, especially when paired with their savory olive tapenade. It's hard to resist filling up on bread. We started with a beet salad which was an amazing blend of flavors and textures, thanks to the thinly sliced beets, creamy cheese, and slightly candied walnuts. Fantastic salad that I would order again and again. For mains, we shared: Hokkaido Scallops from Oliver's Trattoria's Truffle Menu: shockingly delicious! The sweetness of the Hokkaido Scallops played perfectly with the truffle (not overpowered at all) and creamy sauce. The sauce was soooo tasty, we dipped pizza crust into it to make sure we didn't waste any of it, lol. A pricey dish but so well-executed and worth every penny. Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese: delicious savory meat sauce that covers nice al dente pasta. Sooo good and a must for Bolognese lovers. Chitarra Pomodoro: a signature for a reason and you can really taste the difference with fresh pasta. Margherita Pizza: sometimes the simple classics are the best, and this Margherita is no exception. Perfect pillowy crust texture on the edges, and a nice thin crust throughout most of the pizza. So delicious and we'll be ordering this whenever we crave pizza! For desserts, we shared 3, and each of us had a different favorite even though we agreed all of them were delicious, so you know they were all good in their own ways! Tiramisu: so creamy and decadent without being too sweet! Probably the best version of a classic Tiramisu I've had. Cheesecake: also not too sweet! Lovely flavors and crust. Tortino di Cioccolato: a chocolate lover's dream! And the gelato is a delicious complement as well. We can't wait to come back!“
“Curry pizza is a nice edition to our Lake Forest offerings of hip food! The pizza came out with a crisp bottom, dough and cheese were super fluffy and soft, and the crust was bomb and crunchy. We got the half-half pizza of Malai chicken and Curry Chicken Masala. The flavor of the Curry Chicken Masala was better. Overall I liked the pizza except for the dry chicken breast pieces. The chicken came in cube shapes and was dry, and maybe next time I'd prefer to get a vegetarian pizza without the dry chicken. We also got an order of 20 wings! And I actually thought the wings were wayy better than the actual pizza. The flavor on the wings was packed compared to the pizza. The pizza had a lighter offering of flavor. If you'd prefer to just try Indian flavors and want to order a variety so you can try every Indian flavor, then I definitely reccommend the wings over the chicken.“

We were a group of 8 family members on spring break and the kind hostesses moved some tables and chairs around to make it possible to seat us — right in the center of the dining room! I was a bit nervous because we had 4 young kids with us but everyone was so kind and we enjoyed everything! We ordered two red pizzas and two white, plus caprese salad and calamari! I let them know I’d be sitting in the restaurant (10 steps away from the counter) to wait and also gave them my phone number. After 30 minutes of waiting and no communication, I walked up to check on the order and there it was, on the pick up rack. When I took my first bite at the hotel down the street, it was COLD. Not exaggeration - cold. I do feel like it could’ve been really good. But unfortunately, most of it went to the trash. I’m at a hotel so there’s nothing to heat this up. The ambiance was positive and uplifting, and Bryce provided stellar service. We both had Don Julio Blanco with club soda and three limes muddled and mint, which were made to perfection. Recently, we got large trays of sausage Verrazano, fettuccine Alfredo, peppino bread, antipasto salad, garlic bread and brought it to our family, who’d never had it. They were blown away. I think the traditional American food like burger and fries are pretty good. I am sure there are many good dishes but the Cajun dish is kinda disappointing. Great place if you want 1-2 slices otherwise you're looking at like $25-$30+ for a pizza when Costco is literally right around the corner with 2-3x as much pizza for what you pay. I'll give it to these guys though, the pizza does taste great. I'd ask for it well done if I was you, as it has always been more rewarding that way. The workers are nice here. Another similarity would be zPizza. NY Pizzeria is probably more pricey than that but if price is not your concern, definitely give this place a taste and at least experience it 1-2 times!!“

I got the dinner salad for $4.98 & boosted it to "family size" for an additional $4.95, according to the app. I ended up getting 2 enormous salads and was charged double instead of 1 salad for a little over $9. Obviously, it's still a great deal, but that's WAY too much salad for 2 people. "Keep it for a couple days and eat it over time," right? Unfortunately, one of us is leaving tomorrow to go out of town. It was just a waste of food. I'm going to do my best to eat it, though. Only issue I've had is when they're my daughter would love the arcade area better if cleaned up and properly maintained. Multiple machines stole my quarters and games were out of working order. Also I think if they fixed up that area the kids running around outside in the parking lot messing with store fronts and cars because they are bored inside might lessen“

And the last three times I've tried, somebody along the way doesn't get the "No mushrooms" memo and they put mushrooms on the pizza.If I had a nickel every time this team has ignored my request for no mushrooms, I'd have three nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it's happened this consistently. Online ordering makes it quick and easy to get what pizza you want, though we haven't ever done a create-your-own style since the premade options are good. Our go-to is something like Italian garlic. The veggies are always fresh and the crust is tasty!We did make one order wanting to try the stuffed crust (which costs extra), and instead got a regular crust and couldn't figure out how to get a refund for the extra cost online which was a bit annoying, but I think if you keep it simple you probably won't have issues just getting yummy pizza.“
