“We had the Kuro Ramen and it was delicious. Very filling. We also had to try their Arashi Ramen and the broth was light and savory.I recommend the Arashi French fries. They are sweet and crunchy, going well with ramen. The complimentary oolong tea was very refreshing and light, with easy accessible refilling station.“
“As soon as I sat down at the table, I received free fries and green beans. Today, I ordered a dinner box that included pork cutlet and Godzilla rolls with my friend. First of all, I was surprised by the amount of food, and the food was so delicious that I ate everything even though I was full. This is my third visit to this restaurant and I think I’ll be a regular customer. I‘m very happy with the service and I was charged just $35. Totally satisfied! Cost-effective restaurant!!“
“This place is SO GOOD! Some of the best sushi I've had in the area. HIGHLY recommend. Rolls are amazing and filling. We got (from left to right) the Honey Walnut roll, Baked California Roll, Monster Roll, Hot Momma roll, and Lion King. All were PHENOMENAL.Vegetarian options: They have a few different rolls without fish.Parking: Easy and free parking.“
“I heard that this place opened recently, which is about 1.5 years now. The place looks alright since that’s how a Japanese restaurant typically looks like especially if it’s small.I was quite surprised how big the serving size is from the Chicken Teriyaki dinner plate (didn’t finish it). No wonder it’s expensive. The food tastes fresh and nice, but I honestly believe that they should lessen the salt of the edamame. Also like the taste of sashimi and California Roll.“
“Came here for Fremont Restaurant Week 2024, where SOHO was offering their regular tasting menu for $88/person. Absolutely delicious food, absolutely fantastic service, and absolutely glad to have more fine dining options in Fremont. The starting course had four morsels that we were instructed to eat clockwise starting with an oyster mignoette (slightly sweet and fizzy from the sparking wine in the shell), a hotate tartare, an aburi shiromi, and an uni toro toast. The came the first course of nigiri. The standout was the amberjack on the right that had an intense smokiness without tasting dense. The halibut steak was delicate, and the purée underneath was delicious, but having only chopsticks made is kinda difficult to really get at that purée...There was another course of nigiri comprised of two different tunas and a tamago cube. We added on an ootoro nigiri, as well. Everything was delicious, especially the ootoro that just melted on the tongue. The clam soup that followed pretty good, and the ube charlotte that followed was a solid end to the meal. Our server was fantastic, introducing every course clearly and compile putting up with our questions throughout the night.“
“Where do I even start... this place is bomb.com!! So much value for what you get. Free iced tea, free dessert (we got almond pudding), and lollipops with our check. The food was pretty darn tasty. I got the black garlic ramen and the cold noodles. I would order both again. 100/10!Definitely coming back here.. didn't know it was so close to my work. Such a hidden gem!!!“
“Awesome place for dinner! The server was really nice and honest with his responses to my order.I was alone so he gave me suggestions on how to not over-order, fully knowing that the more expensive meal I ordered, the more his tip would be (based on 15% of the order total).I tipped him well anyway because I appreciated it very much!“
“I was there with my family last Monday(2/12/24) around 3 pm. The servers name I do not remember but I would like to write this review for her, after I accidentally spilled a cup of water she was quick to help us out to clean the table and moved us to another table and assisted with transferring everything for us. She was very welcoming and with great customer service and attentiveness. The food was 10/10, and being a new resident to Fremont, we found our go-to sushi spot. I can't wait to go back.“
“Stopped by for lunch at around 12:30 on a Wednesday. There was no wait. Water was provided extremely fast. Ordered the sushi regular: 7 piece Nigiri and 6 piece CA roll, and a miso soup. It was delicious. Some of the Nigiri had toppings including pickled wasabi and avocado. Everything tasted super fresh and each piece was plentiful. -No skimpy skinny fish pieces. Even the CA roll was good. Looking forward to coming back.“
“Favorite hot plate place. The curry beef rice with cheese is really good. You can add more seasoning and spice if you'd like. Sometimes there's a wait for a table but they give you your food pretty quick once you've ordered. The fries are good if you eat them right away.“
“It was my best poke lunch, everything is just top notch from the service, the atmosphere inside to the quality of the food, everything is very fresh and tasty, I will come here with my family and childrenParking: Good location with a lot of parking lot“
“If you hadn't come by to try their Japanese skews, then you must give it a try. No rsvp unless you have more than 5 people. I suggest to come here around 6pm because after 630 to 7, you may have to wait about an hr for a table. The place is quite small enough just like the ones in Japan. I ordered 85% of skew food on the menu. I almost tried it all. They grilled them with good timing, so the skews were too cooked and chewy. The ones that got my attention were pork belly, beef short rib, and the whole squid. These 3 you must try. The whole squid was perfectly grilled with just enough sauce to make it juciy. I have to say this place did a very good job on it compared to other places. I also ordered chicken breasts and thighs. They were nicely cooked. I suggest eating it with some light sauce. Very nice services. I would come back if I were in the hood. Keep up the good work!“
“We came here for our family Easter lunch and glad that we were seated right away. We opted the table with stone grill for yakiniko, since we can also order sushi there if we want to. We opted for the Omakase Stone Grill Meat for 2-4 persons. It came with wagyu beefs, toro, short rib galbis, prawns, squids, pork belly cuts and sausages. The set also came with wagyu beef clay pot rice. We also ordered miso soups and ahi poke salad for starters. I think the portions were generous and the food tasted great. Clay pot rice was mom’s favorite, though it wasn’t served in a clay pot so no crispy rice on the bottom like I was expecting. Our server was very nice and attentive without being disruptive. Definitely would go back again. However, a constructive criticism for the management. Pls keep your floors and bathroom clean at all times. It was just 12 noon and floor was filthy and bathroom smelled like puke. These are what customers usually notice and will judge the cleanliness of the entire restaurant!“
“SooooGood! Food is so fresh and delicious. Customer service is perfect!I ordered Ton Katsu and it was crunchy outside and still very moist and delicious inside.Salmon sashimi is very fresh and the portion is perfect and filling. Truly authentic Japanese flavour. Will make sure to stop by next time when we go to Fremont!“
“It doesnt look like something awesome from the outside, but it is beautiful inside and the location has its pros and cons. Peacful and clean. I ordered three drinks, thai milk tea, lychee tea, and regular milk tea. All drinks were authentic and full of flavor. Sweentness was perfect. We also ordered a red bean mochi which was perfectly cooked and tasty. The visual was gorgeous. Service was decent. Cant wait to come again.“
“It's a very popular place in Fremont, love their sushi and their special rolls. The staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately, it's very busy at weekends and ordering food for pickup takes at least an hour since they don't have enough staff for all the orders.I recommend Dragon, Crazy and Tokyo rolls“
“Quite spacious like the other location. The rolls here were quite filling and the service was great. We had the flaming dragon roll, lion king roll, and the Philadelphia roll. They are my top three rolls to get because this place tends to be consistent with them. The rolls come with miso soup as starter and that’s a nice little touch this place adds.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibile“
“Not quite feeling a burger and want something hearty with some Asian fusion? Koja is your calling! Crispy rice patties with succulent meat previously marinated and seasoned to fill each bite with a burst of flavors is what you'll find in each Koja sandwich. Pair it with one of their loaded fries and you'll be full for a good few hours. Or share with a friend and have enough space in your stomach to grab a light dessert afterwards.Beef Koja is my go to as I like how the juicy pineapple goes with the deliciously flavored meat. The combination of textures with each bite make it pleasurable to eat; great mix of soft, tender meat, crunchy yet moist rice, and sweet, tanginess of the pineapple make you crave for more after you're done (and I would if I could fit more in my belly!)The loaded waffle fries are filling and are well balanced between the meat and potatoes. Great as a shareable side or a light afternoon snack.Ordering is straightforward through their kiosk and the staff here are friendly. The place is clean so if you decide to dine in, it'll be comfortable and you'll have plenty of options afterwards for dessert or activities (it's right across the theater).Overall, I am grateful to have a Koja so conveniently located in central Fremont to satisfy those rice patty burger cravings as well as fill me up on those errand runs. The food and service is consistently good; just hope the prices stay competitive!“
“I keep coming back to Satomi when craving sea food. My experience has been great and consistent. I’m please with the freshness and quality of fish served here. I appreciate the effort behind preparing these delicacy’s. My experience is inspired by the Thornton Location in Fremont Ca.“
“Great atmosphere. We ordered gluten free. There was a little confusion in the beginning which was sorted out quickly.Friendly staff. Great service and food.Uni was not available today. I am definitely coming back to eat here. Great food for affordable priceParking: Easy“
“We enjoyed a delicious lunch last Saturday. The combo special was $15.99 and included salad, an appetizer, ramen and beverage. Our California Rolls were fresh and delicious. The ramen soup was fragrant, generous and filling. The green tea was delicate and flavorful. We savored every bite, every sip. Just a perfectly tasty meal at an excellent value. We will be back!“
“Outstanding poke bowl! Fish was the freshest! I really appreciate that they offer more traditional sauces that are not sweet. Also plenty of different seafoods. Really liked the black rice, never seen that at a poke place before!! Was delicious with greens.Good miso soup for cheap and they have a few rolls too.Service was friendly and they have a nice selection of coconut water, sparkling water, ramune and more..“
“My wife and I had a nice dinner at Yuki this evening. We have been going there for years and met the new sushi chef who was very friendly and skilled. We had nigiri sushi, a variety of hand rolls and maki, as well as seaweed salad. All were fresh and delicious. The service was excellent with a relaxing ambiance.“
“I love going to Osaka Market, the sushi is delicious and all of the prepared meals they have, I really loved the Sando fruit and the onigiriAnd of course you can shop all of your groceries here, besides that you'll found every kind of skin care products, make up, candies, etc.“
