First time for me trying out Pav Bhaji and was really surprised. I'll admit I had to look up a video on how I'm suppose to eat Pav Bhaji.. squeezing the lemon and cilantro on top of the bread (pav) and curry (bhaji masala?) really made a difference. Pav Bhaji Hut serves the best and the most authentic Pav Bhaji in the bay area where you would want to revisit albeit their relatively high prices. This branch in Fremont is good but I experienced lot of echo inside while placing the order and the wooden benches to sit on could be replaced by more comfortable seating. Other than that the staff is very friendly, service is quick. They only serve Pav bhaji and orange/watermelon juice at their restaurant with varying level of spiciness....read full review

This place literally sells one main dish, pav bhaji. If you're unfamiliar with pav bhaji, it's pretty much a curry with a side of bread. It sounds basic, but it's actually very good. I was a bit hesitant to try, but I'm so glad I did. Pav bhaji had lots of flavor, and the bread was warmed perfectly.
