A lot of the workers are really nice but some can be a little ignorant but that's fine today I got my usual of a spinach egg and feta wrap and a frozen mango dragon fruit when I ordered one guy gave me the wrong drink which was a Acai strawberry one with my social anxiety myself I kinda just told them it was the wrong one don't get me wrong but like i get payed 10 bucks a week and im not gonna waste half for a wrong drink which kinda sounds dumb but anyways the guy just had a straight face and made me another one didn't really say anything or get mad at me so that's good and the food is great never really have a complaint“

“Lobby closes at 7pm.I absolutely love this Starbucks. The interior/atmosphere is perfect for large group gatherings, or solo study sessions. My only gripe is with how early they close the lobby due to the problems with the homeless in the area. It’s a sad reality but the transients, which are only growing in number every year in the city, like to hang out here as it gets darker. While they will not tell you this is the reason for short lobby hours, it certainly is the biggest reason.It’s one of the cleanest and nicest Starbucks is in the area. Plenty of natural light just floods in and there’s plenty of seating. Do not be fooled by the Google posted hours (that is for the drive-through only).“
“I don't write reviews but I will here because of the great experience I had. It's the weekend so of course it's going to be busy which sucks but that's life. For some reason Starbucks likes to choose the smallest worst most awkward lots of land to build on so there's little parking and long lines easily. I used to work in food service so I know the amount of work you do every day is crazy high compared to other jobs and you get paid less to top it off anyways... This guy Daniel is awesome! Shout out to a couple other baristas here also! Daniel who works afternoon and late night is the best! He works taking orders while being super friendly explaining the menu and suggesting drinks when they're out of what we first wanted, getting the food we want while taking your money giving your change giving your drinks to you... So he does all this simultaneously and and he's good at what he does, he gets us through the line fast and goes the extra mile chatting with you at the window again just a very nice genuine person who's professional and cares.... Very rare these days to be honest. Too long dont read/care: Daniel at this Starbucks I've seen and talked to at the window super cool dude who puts in work deserves recognition. I know how much work they gotta do it's hard enough, he stays helping us out making sure we're taken care of and leave happy with everything we want. Read if you care: Lots of Starbucks are super busy rn employees tske the hit double that when there's a NATIONAL labor shortage. That means the few employees left per restaurant and shop that are struggling still due to the whole Covid disaster have to pick up the slack that the other extra employees normally did and they don't even get paid extra. More people need to realize this is the situation and be aware. I wouldn't be happy working food service in this current environment either like a lot of employees seem to be unhappy and overworked nowadays but Daniel at this place stood out to me. That's my review or more of shout out to be honest, he deserves a raise I think their names are Alexa she's cool too, another guy Isaac maybe two guys who say they're Issac they're both great too very nice people who care about their job and customers. Others here... Must be new... So I won't judge lol“

“This Starbucks is located inside the Delta Garden Grove Hotel. The brewista, Bryan, is perfect in his attitude & service. He asked how my coffee was the next day after I bought it. He said he wanted to make sure I was happy with it! Amazing customer service, I bought a cup everyday I was there.“
