“Great spot, thanks Yelpers! The mans and I were doing some thrifting in LB and needed a bite and we settled upon this spot and I'm so glad we did. It was the perfect vibe for us. Not crowded and the music wasn't too loud so you can actually hear your date. My boyfriend got the lasagna and it was delicious! I will order this next time. When I think of lasagne I want it to taste like this. And at $16, if also comes with a generous side salad and a side of garlic bread. I got the chicken Marsala ($20) and it came with a generous portion of chicken, sauce, homemade mashed potatoes and the most wonderfully sautéed asparagus. Yum! We will come back here for sure. We had such a lovely meal, we even decided to try the peach cobbler for dessert ($10). It was a big portion that came a la mode. We left happy and full and even had some leftovers. Our server was sweet and attentive. Keep on rockin Tony's! Now we see why you get such great reviews. We will be back soon.“
“Call ahead! The wait at the sandwich section can - at times - be a bit slow & tedious and can cost you half your lunch hour. Plus I don't love the fact that their default channel is "Fix News". Still, the salad bar is fabulous. Also, Maggie and Ruby absolutely rock! :-)“
“Our server, Vanessa L, was exceptional. She was really customer-oriented, attentive, charismatic and had a radiant smile. The whole wheat pancakes topped with berries were decent. I never had whole wheat pancakes but I figured I give it a try. Overall, my dining experience left me completely satisfied due to the outstanding service provided.“
“We went to Uncle Bill’s House for breakfast, and the food was lip-smacking good. We were completely satisfied with our meals. There's outdoor and indoor seating. Uncle Bill’s is a trendy spot, so be prepared to wait. It's usually a short wait. When we first went, we ordered the house specialty, Uncle Bill’s French Toast; it was delish. This time, we explored the menu. I ordered some banana nut pancakes. They exceeded my expectations, and they tasted scrumptious. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were good, too. The coffee was on par with most pancake houses. We love the cozy family home feeling inside and the beach-chic atmosphere outdoors. There is limited prepaid meter parking adjacent to Uncle Bill’s. There is also public parking within walking distance. The cost of food is very reasonable and a great value. The service is excellent. One of the local regulars told me the next time we visit, ask for the natural molasses syrup that is kept behind the counter.“
“Don't live close any more, but I drove 140 miles to see if they are still great. Answer: yes! The way they treat you, it feels like "welcome home". Had an omelet full of New Orleans flavors. Left full and happy. 5 stars all the way!“
“I'm obsessed with this place! It's a very down-to-Earth, friendly breakfast/brunch/lunch spot in a very cool old building. I love the simple decor and surroundings, but you know what I love even more? The food! My best friend and I came here before attending the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, and I definitely want to return when I'm in the area. I ordered a chocolate chip pancake, a breakfast burrito made with bacon (hash browns on the side), and a hot chocolate. It was PERFECT. Definitely go here if you want an awesome breakfast. (Note: The restroom is down a flight of stairs, but there's a sign saying staff will direct disabled people to a more suitable restroom.) Our server was a friendly woman who seated us, brought our food, and checked on us several times, all with a smile. I highly recommend the Omelette Inn! ♥“
“A really delicious diner in old town Torrance. It’s located on a tree lined street and has many outdoor tables so this is the sort of place that is an easy option to sit outside or in. Today I brought my dog so the outdoor seating really came in handy. We were able to find a parking space right out front and there were a ton of other free parking spots next to us as well. Our server was really polite and fast and we were serviced immediately after sitting down. They have a very large menu filled with all sorts of diner classics, so it was hard to choose what I wanted this morning. Everything is very fair pricewise and the portions are also very hearty.I started off with a cup of coffee, per usual, and it was very tasty and strong. For my meal I chose the Marinated Steak and Eggs because I read a lot of positive reviews about it. I can confirm that it is indeed very good. The steak is very tender and seasoned well and comes in a very large sized portion. I was not a fan of the hashbrowns, as they are more of a potato cake , but aside from that everything else was really good.I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a solid breakfast option in Torrance. I plan to be back in the future next time I am down in the area.“
“The food was incredible and well balanced also the salsas are Delicious! I had the ribs, lentil and kale salad with strawberries (cleaned out my plate before I could take a picture). The service was incredible and very helpful explaining the food items available. The ambience was delightful, with attentive service adding to the experience. Plus, they offer a diverse range of healthy options alongside their delicious menu. Support local businesses like Serve2Enjoy for an unforgettable dining experience!“

The generous portions and diverse fillings make it a go-to spot for omelette enthusiasts seeking a hearty and satisfying breakfast experience. You can also explore a delightful array of pancakes at this charming spot. From classic buttermilk to creative flavors, the menu caters to diverse pancake preferences. Each stack is a perfect blend of fluffy texture and delectable taste, making it a pancake lover's haven. Whether you crave traditional simplicity or inventive combinations, this place promises a pancake experience that satisfies every palate.“
“My husband and i decided to try something new for breakfast. We had been driving past them for years. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is a little small but the food was great. Our server Josefina was amazing. She was very attentive. We will definitely be back.“
“Food, chef's kiss! I'm yelling cuz it's that good! Too bad I'm not a morning person, but to have some Red's breakfast, I will wake up early. We ordered Texas scramble with potatoes. Those potatoes have my heart! So good! Also ordered shrimp & grits - 100% stamp of approval. So delicious and full of flavor. Not runny but substantially good. Can't wait to try the other items on the menu.Picked up food so didn't eat inside. I suggest calling in your order because they get busy, especially during the holidays.“
“Scrumptious lunch just steps away from the beach. Kate, our waitress, was very pleasant and attentive. Always with a smile. The menu has a nice array of choices and the portions are large. I recommend this establishment to anyone.Vegetarian options: I had and thoroughly enjoyed the grain Bowl.“
“First time here. Came for Sunday brunch with a group of 6. Waited a bit for a table but well worth it. Delicious options. Friendly service. Will be back!Dietary restrictions: The create your own omelette was perfect for my keto lifestyle! I chose sausage, bacon, mushrooms and two types of cheese. Ask for butter to add on top. Particularly good!!“
“Cindy provided excellent service a long with a mother lady who was also in the restaurant at the time of my visit. I dined in for brunch on 3/7 at 10:55am. Excellent staff and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Thank you so much for a great experience!!“
“After driving by this restaurant several times, we finally decided to stop by and try it. Upon entering, we were greeted by at least 3 staff members and told to find a comfortable spot to eat. Unusual way of saying, "seat yourself". All the available tables were clean and well organized with all the condiments. Our server came to our table and introduced herself and provided us adequate time to review the menu. I saw the San Francisco Burger, so without hesitation I had to try it. Within minutes our server came to our table with our meals. The burger was decent, but lacked something. I think I'm used to the Marie Calendars Frisco Burger because I was anticipating grilled onions and Thousand Island dressing. It was still good, but maybe I've been spoiled by Marie Calendars. While we were dining, the owner of the restaurant hired a painter to decorate the windows for Valentine's Day. It was entertaining to watch him do his work. We'll definitely come back to try their breakfast items, as the staff made our experience enjoyable.“
“LOVE - ❤️ - LOVE, THIS PLACE.WE LEFT ANOTHER BRESKFAST SPOTWITH POOR SERVICE OUT THE GATETO GO ACROSS TOWN TO THIS IHOP.SERVICE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY & WITH A SMILE, FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT & THE PRICES ARE GOOD TOO !!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... I WILL BE BACKWheelchair accessibility: Back & side handicap opening.“
“Courtyard is a nicely located Cafe for people finding themselves in and around the LAX area during the early part of the day and wanting an affordable food fix. I believe the tiny cafe is an independent family-owned shop. Staff are friendly and helpful. You'll find quality tasty breakfast items and beverages here, with most stuff priced less -- or not much more -- than a $10-er. Burritos and quesadillas are especially popular. Orange juice is fresh squeezed, and their famous juice called the Vampiro, red from beets, is a delectable blend of some of my favourite fruits and vegetables. You can ask for it with a dash of spicy refreshing ginger blended in. It might be a little challenging to pinpoint locate, since Courtyard is not readily visible from Sepulveda. It's in the rear courtyard of a building. I think it's well worth seeking out for reasonably priced, satisfying breakfast fare near the airport 'hood.“
“Decided to drop buy after picking up some supplies from Harbor Freight. I got the Hamburger combo with Fried Zucchini upgrade. The Hamburger was very good and the Fried Zucchini was excellent. The Fried Zucchini had a great taste along with that crunchiness. The staff was also very nice.“
“Came here every morning for breakfast while visiting Long Beach California for a conference. 10/10 experience lots of yummy food options. Last day I brought my roomies and they all loved the food and atmosphere as well. Food is freshly cooked and cheap. My roomie states: super good Vietnamese coffee and chicken adobo (~$14 total) below is a photo of her food. Healthy portion of food for the price as well. Chicken adobo is a bit sweeter than normal but not complaining very tasty!“
“Excellent egg restaurant. A great variety of choices. Presentation definitely matters. The food is crafted and designed to look delicious. The theming is very spot on too. Condiments, plates, store, atmosphere all lend to the feel. Can't really go wrong with any choice here.Odd thing I noticed is practically every dish was chipped. Not sure if that was part of the theme (cracked egg), but if unintentional, its smart.Parking: Definitely tough to find parking at peak. Recommend the garage behind it.“
“Oh my goodness, such good food! After a very early morning flight from DFW to LAX, we needed a place where we could get breakfast or lunch. Snax was FABULOUS! 2 in our group had patty melts and raved about them. One had an omelet. One had eggs benedict. One had blueberry pancakes. All were delicious. I had the machaca (I think) burrito. Oh my, so good!Definitely recommend.“
“It was my first time there I wanted a little breakfast before I got my hair done. I ordered a bagel and 2 glazed doughnuts because they didn't have a big selection of donuts at that time. But I did get 2. The bagel was really good toasted, with light cream cheese. The lady, most likely the owner, was really pleasant and nice, and she gave me a Little-good luck charm. With my purchase. Whenever I'm in that area of Lawndale, I will be going there.“
“This place is absolutely good. I went in and tried to challenge the pancake, it kicked my butt. I would highly recommend anybody families or not. Families couples to go here. Because the food is great. Even though there's a few locations, it seems like a mom and pop shop. The atmosphere is awesome. The service is fantastic. It's just an overall, very nice place. I love reviewing these places and going to places where they make you feel good where you are treated the way you're supposed to be. If you want more honest, unbiased reviews, please follow me here. “On this occasion, we returned to SOL for Sunday brunch. The food, drinks, and vibe were great, and we once again received the excellent customer service we've come to ♥ (and expect) from the whole crew. Thanks again to Luis, the hostesses, the bar crew, and to everyone!“
“Beautiful restaurant with great service and good food, but crappy coffee. Arrived around 7 am and were seated immediately. Cousin said the country fried steak was good and my little niece liked the chocolate chip pancakes. However, both the coffee and cappuccino tasted horrible, which is why I couldn't give the full 5 stars. I would expect a breakfast place to have better coffee.“
“I just started coming to this new place I know it's been here for a very long time but wow it blow my mind 3rd coffee super good I love the tension they give out to customers and they donuts are awesome I order Glaze donut and they still put extra Mini glaze balls insideThank ? you $ is cheapKid-friendliness: I have not brought my kids into this place but I brought some donuts to the house and they love it especially the Shockley ones they're good well I love blaze but I see the kindness they do 2 other kids with other familiesParking: Parking lot is great it's big it's nice And to top it off it's gated out so it's kind of safe to have coffee and a donut inside this placeWheelchair accessibility: My dad just had an accident hes in a wheelchair so it's super easy to come into this place thank you very much“

“Today we had a party of 9 people and we went for bunch. Our server was excellent and was always there when we needed him. Ernesto remembered all of our names and called us bro, it was a very good environment and i've never had a sever that remember all the names. I ended up getting Breakfast Sampler and it was very good, I would ask for the bacon crispy. The pancakes were amazing as well as the eggs but the hash browns were a bit overcooked. During the time we were here the wonka specials were in the store and my brother got the drink. He thought it was amazing because it had sprinkles and cotton candy which are two things he loves. I think the food here is adequate. The sever was the best and the food was okay!“
“I walked by and owner, Sergio is the sweetest and funny man. He said Hi and told me that they have Philly cheese steak too. That was cute because I don't eat meat. I looked at other places to see where to eat from. Then went back over here to see what I can order. Ordered their sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and white bread. Asked him for a cup of water. He's so funny. He asked, On the rocks? I said yeah with ice rocks lols. He said ok and handed me my water and said here's your cocktail. He made me laugh. I've ate here before many years ago. Like 8-9 years ago. Glad he's still here but I also asked him how come he's not retired yet. Hehe He said he loves it here. He'd be so bored at home. Haha I highly recommend here with great low prices that best everyone else's prices here. During the time when gas is high of $7 and may even go up to $10 with this biden government administration, food prices here are very helpful. I had a lovely chat with Sergio here and all his 2 staff are so genuinely sweet all the time from start to finish and beyond. :)He didn't just have best food, best prices, best customer service but the experience here felt great.“
“Worth the wait, only 2 people wotking so take a little longer to get a hot breakfast but everything was cooked perfectly. Will be going back everyday im here. Crispy bacon, crispy hashbrowns and my eggs were actually over medium like i ordered. Also really good sourdough.“
“Random stop on the way down the coast and a total delight. Good food, clearly a local dive, and totally worth it.If you're in the area, take a swing by.Vegetarian options: Just ask. Friendly staff and cooks.Dietary restrictions: Just ask. Friendly staff and cooks.Parking: Street parking but easy to find.Kid-friendliness: No concerns here.Wheelchair accessibility: Public sidewalks and access.“
“The food was so scrumptious. I typically don't like chilaquiles but Dayuum that chilaquiles Torta was bomb diggity. It was like a delicacy that I've never had. So many flavors blasting with every bite. I will for sure come back for a round two of that Torta chilaquiles. It was a bit spicy but I didn't care I loved it. The ambience was great so much space and not a lot of people maybe because my party and I were there early in the morning. The service was okay they took a while to give us our food to be an empty day but you know what, it was worth the wait. Overall loved it!!! Coming back for more.“
