If there ever were a waitressing edition of the Iron Chef, this lady would win it even before the competition showed up. My favorite bowl of bibim namyeong in the South Bay. The staff is great whether you do take out or dine in. The place feels like it was plucked out of Koreatown and set up here in Gardena. A fair warning, staff for many of the businesses in this plaza chain smoke cigarettes in the back of the units outside so the smoke comes in occasionally, for some I can see it detracting from the experience but somehow it really made the whole meal tie together beautifully for me
