“This place is just amazing. Besides great beer and wine, the food is outstanding. I went again last night and started with the crispy polenta, covered with sautéed wild mushrooms and olive caper relish. Then I moved onto the Pork Belly Jaegerschnitzel, on top of homemade spaetzle, with a.mushroom gravy. We live in Asti and have been going almost since they opened. It never disappoints. If you haven't tried it - go! The menu is posted everyday they're open and changes often. Great service too. Hometown gem.“

“I will always look for an opportunity to stop here to eat! In fact I will plan 3 hour travel just to the little town of Geyserville for a dining experience at this restaurant! They also do cooking type classes occasionally and have a beautiful IG feed! “By far our favorite experience in Dry Creek! We visited on a cold and misty January Wednesday late morning for a very special birthday. We were greeted by Jacob with a saber and a bottle of sparkling. He taught the birthday girl to saber a bottle and we relaxed into a beautiful tasting. We sat in the Library while Jacob led our tasting with ample space for us to visit. We enjoyed our wines with a charcuterie board and then toured the grounds with Jacob. The visit was a perfect blend of tasting, touring, and education. And we were visited bu Duke, the cutest and friendliest winery dog. I can imagine it gets very busy at the height of season however our quiet visit was just what we wanted! Thanks Jacob!“

“This place is hidden gem off the beaten path, but let that discourage you. First once you arrive here, you will greeted with 360 degrees vineyard view on rolling hills. It is very serene and immersive. Their wines are unique which I never tasted before. Not only that I bet you might not see other winery like this one where the owner (Bill Frick) of the winery manages whole vineyard and wine making operation single handedly. Not only that, you will be greeted and served by himself. Wines were well balanced and perfect for my palate. I would recommend anyone this place in a heartbeat, you won’t be disappointed!“

This restaurant gets Raj's 4 stars - meaning worth taking a detour if possible to enjoy this place.Long review:The food menu is typical burgers, salads, and sandwiches. The chicken sandwich and salad with shrimp are exceptionally well. Hreat taste and lovely presentation. Vegan wraps tasted great with a nice assortment of veggies. Crispy French fries. Pair your meal with any decent local wine like Ferrari Careno Cabernet.The restaurant is inside Geyserville Inn, a small hotel tucked well nicely in the wine country. It is easily accessible from a major highway. The place looks sweet, an old style small restaurant with small seating and a pleasant patio seating right near the swimming pool.The staff is very friendly guys work hard, so.please tipnthe chef and the staff well. “Stopped in for a quick tasting and to pick up a couple bottles of the Sav blanc. Ian was so helpful and gave us the exact right amount of information without pressuring us into wine clubs. We were in a hurry and didn’t intend to do a tasting but he gave us a couple samples and helped me select a couple bottles we hadn’t tried before. Dry creek has an amazing indoor and outdoor set up that I highly recommend if you’re in the area! Definitely suggest asking for Ian and having a glass of wine or tasting!“

“I spent a lovely afternoon listening to live music, enjoying their Zin Master zinfandel, and loving the friendly and comfortable vibe. It is truly a family business, and the great flavor of the wine reflects the care they take in everything they do. It is a small and very comfortable tasting room. Customer service is top notch. I enjoyed the pesto, provolone and prosciutto panini. We spent a lot of time last summer going to wineries that our visitors chose. I wish I knew about Spicy Vines then! I'll be back soon. (They also make brandy and serve great beer for those in your group who aren't into wine.)“

“What could be better than an impromptu visit to our most favorite winery on a warm winter month day! We came loaded with a picnic basket of sandwiches and toys. We stayed till nearly closing time, just couldn't get enough of the sparkles. And the lovely, friendly Amista people are as beautiful as the landscape all around. For example: When a bowl of popcorn arrived , Harrisson, our 3 year old took a sampling and said 'but where are the spice over the popcorn?' It prompted a hurried trip back inside to oblige . Harrisson even said thank you. We love you all, Amista!“

“We definitely got the royal treatment. Ryan did our tasting & we got to learn so much about how the wines were made & about the winery itself. They put a lot of love into what they do. I've done two tastings with Bella and the wines are really nice. Our group of 6 all LOVED the Essence 2022. We tried Ten Acres Pinot Noir and a few different Zinfandel. All the wines were tasty. The whole party had such a great experience chatting with Ryan and learning about the process. Highly recommend visiting the winery. They are kid friendly too.“

“Portalupi offers a number of wines that diverge from most of what you'll find at the majority of wineries in northern Sonoma County. Starting with a Barbera-based sparkler (a little drier, please). After wading through a couple of decent dry whites (Arneis, Vermentino), and skipping some of the lighter reds, we moved on to some of the bolder offerings: Barbera, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo-- all winners. Dolinsek Pinot was a nice surprise; a departure from the rest of the (Italian) lineup. The host of our group of six was friendly, informative and engaging, with just the right balance between taking us through the flight and giving us space to socialize among ourselves and discuss the wines“

“Visiting from Boston and came to Sonoma for the day. We came to Bacchus landing. Montagne Russe is the best winery we’ve been to. Kevin Bersofsky is the wine maker and makes the best wine. “After visiting several wineries in Sonoma County, I luckily found Kokomo. Although they don't have a chateau or a villa, they have my new favorite wines in all of Sonoma. Exceptional Chardonnay, Petite Sirah, Malbec, Cab, etc. I joined their wine club and have enjoyed several trips since, each with wonderful hosts, new wines and delightful memories.“

“Long been a favorite Healdsburg restaurant of mine. This time around, ordered Duck Meatballs, Steamed Clams in Cava, Chicken Thighs and the Skirt Steak. This was good enough for 2 people. The dishes were excellent. There's outdoor seating in the back, but we dined inside.“

“Very nice wines. They are known for their Chardonnay and Pinot noirs. There is a $25, $35 and $45 tasting. With the $25 you get 4 tastes and the $45 you get 6 tastes. What a nice place to hang out and sip wine. The interior is deco modern and it's walking distance to some restaurants in the heart of the downtown area.“

“We were so fortunate to have a tasting with Saini at the Timber Cove Resort. We met the owner and his wife and they were just the loveliest people you can imagine. This is a family run vineyard and the care and reverence that they have for wine making is what makes them shine. Their wines are named after family members, and we loved hearing the stories of how the wines were named. Our personal favorite (not just from this vineyard, but one of the best wines we've tasted in a while) was Angelo's Paint Brush - a beautiful red blend that was simply delicious. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a tasting experience with heart and soul.“

“If you like Zinfandel... THIS is the place for you. If you do not, and you want to learn more about Zin or try different Zins, this is the place for you. They probably have over 2 dozen Zins at any given time, depending on harvest, yields, availability. They have seating inside and outside. It was a beautiful (yet chilly day) so we opted to start outside and then ended up inside when the wind kicked up around 3pm. (Note: They allow outside food so bring some snacks with you to nibble while you taste.) We started with a Chardonnay... oh yea... they do have a few whites, roses not many but a couple. This Chardonnay was not overly big, bold and buttery like some California Chards. This was a 2021 Alexander Valley Chardonnay that had light/medium, nice mouth feel (not super acidic), a tad of "fruitiness" on the palate and light light oak finish. We then proceeded to try 9 other red wines (8 of which were Zinfandel... 1 was a red blend) .... just a splash of most where my husband and I shared a few ... because... that's a lot of wine to taste. Had a hard time deciding on what we liked best. It was NOT a hard decision to join the wine club since I liked all their wines ..... I'm a fan of Zinfandel and the fact that they specialize in Zin is super fun to be able to try so many different ones side by side. Eddie (our host) was fun and filled us in on tidbits and history of the winery, and was willing to indulge in my requests. Their price point is about what you'd expect these days... their Zins range from $30-175/bottle where most fall $40-65/bottle. They have a few wine club options... I went with 6 bottles twice a year where they pick the wines. Very reasonable IMO. They had other choices if you wanted more control over your shipments. Tasting fee is waived for Wine Club members (so if you join the same day as the tasting like I did, your tasting is waived.) CHEERS! PS... Their wine club also includes tastings at 10 other wineries where a couple have tasting rooms in downtown Healdsburg. AND... as a club member there are benefits to be enjoyed at several "artisan lodges".“

“Came here on a Tuesday around noon to try the "block stars" tasting flight. I ended up being the only customer till about 3 and had a great time getting to know Pam in the tasting room and learning more about the history of the vineyards! The wine was great (especially the sparkling pinot noir) and their location is perfect for sitting out on the back patio to enjoy the vineyards and mountains. Definitely a great stop!“

“Loved a unplanned stop here have purchased Siduri at home in Oregon & noticed the Willamette Valley connection. Their 1000 mile Pinot Noir tasting is fantastic ~ start with their Oregon vineyards & end with their Santa Barbara vineyards. They also have a Pinot blend tasting. “We love this place. We have been to both locations (Santa Rosa the other one). Their ice cream is delish and good variety of flavors. They offer tasty treats as well. My only gripe, i wish they would change their cupcake GF option, it is always the same (been that way for years). My husband is a fan of their pies. This location gets busy during the warmer months so be prepared to wait in line if you come to the square during a hot day!“
