“Wonderful place. We tried all the specials. Bean soup (delicious). Pot roast (so tender). Beignets (straight from New Orleans).I really appreciated the portions, and that they were willing to split the entrées between me and my partner without any hassle. The wine list is also above reproach. Great variety of Sonoma county and external wines. Looking at you Bonny Doon from Aptos.When we come back to Glen Ellen, this will be on the list to visit again.“

“This place is a wonderful hidden gem filled with good food great service and relaxing environment! I ordered the veggie omelet and my favorite part was how fresh the vegetables tasted in the omelet, and it comes with a side - I chose the country potatoes and they reminded me of the breakfast potatoes my Nanna made me from scratch as a kid I loved this ! My husband just had pancakes but the pancakes are their own recipe from scratch and he enjoyed them. Service was for sure top tier , we were greeted at the door, and seating you get to choose your own place to sit and we were taken care of very quickly even though there was a nice amount of people in the restaurant. Everyone who checked on us throughout our meal had a good upbeat attitude we are likely to return tomorrow or the day after before heading home the food and service was THAT good !“

“The pastries, coffee and other baked goods are so memorable. I don't know how someone could just get one thing! The staff had electric personalities and very quick, which got people moving. There was about five people ahead of me but I was served in less than five minutes it felt like. I got an oatmeal latte with plenty of pastries. This is a must go to bakery! There's an outside and indoor seating area. Plenty of room for friends, family, and your pets!“

“My family and I have eaten at Farmstead many, many times, and the service, food, drinks and ambience is always great and a wonderful experience. The food and wine selections perfectly complement the flavors for an elevated dining experience. The portions are generous, especially the Heritage St. Louis Ribs and the California Arborio Rice - definitely shareable plates. The desserts are always on point. My favorite is the Scharffen Berger Chocolate Cream Pie - house made with a thick graham cracker crust and whipped cream. “Cup of Love - is absolutely 100% correct. I visit Sonoma occasionally for work, and I usually stay at the Best Western next door.I've been meaning to visit her for about a year, and I finally stopped to grab a cup of coffee on a very cold December day. I'm so glad I did! Both owner/operators were there and were super warm and friendly. I ordered one of their holiday specials, Gingerbread chai, and I made it dirty ;)So good!! So perfect for a holiday weekend. Thank you so much!!!“

Were you wondering about the service? Well don't worry cause I was just getting to that part. My family was greeted by the owner and let me just say he should get a reward for being sooooo nice! When we were given our food (which didn't take long at all) we were greeted by a very nice server. When looking around this cafe you will see the most beautiful paintings in all of California! “Made a pit stop here, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was! We loved the aqus flat bread. We also got the aqus flatbread, Mediterranean flatbread, salmon nicoise salad, and smoked chicken flatbread. The aqus was my favorite. I thought it might be too rich, but the duck and gorgonzola were well balanced, and the duck was juicy. The menu was really well priced, which was unexpected considering all the fresh ingredients.“

“I recently started coming to this coffee shop because I commute about 2hours to work every morning. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The food is doughnuts, pastry's and breakfast burritos. I love my glazed twist doughnuts! Also, you can never go wrong with a iced chai tea latte. Their coffees are a bit on the sweeter side, so I add two shots of espresso into it and it's perfect! This place does not disappoint. The ambiance is wonderful, decorated with rustic motor bikes and rustic architecture. 5/5 stars I highly suggest visiting if you're in the Sonoma area.“

“What a wonderful lunch experience I just had. I live in Healdsburg and my friend was going to Santa Rosa and I asked her to get me lunch at this wonderful café & Deli. I've been hearing such wonderful reviews about it. I ordered half a turkey, brie cranberry sandwich and half a Reuben sandwich, I also ordered Potato salad and Macaroni salad to have at home with dinner . I also ordered a scone for my husband. We are told they are homemade & they certainly are. They are delicious. It's like they came out of grandmas oven. The sandwiches were fresh. They use quality ingredients and they were full of meat and cheese. I could only eat half! My friend said the service was professional, courteous, and above all, Friendly. I wish I lived closer. “Found this delicious small family owned spot on our trip to Sonoma this March. Food was delicious! Chilaquiles divorciados were top-notch! The Capirotada/Bread Pudding was our favorite topped with strawberries, blueberries, and lechera! I'd post a picture, but they were gone when they hit the table!“

“Love this little place. The Alice in Wonderland art is so cute! We got potato cakes, eggs, and a quinoa bowl. All of it was good. It took a while but it's ok...I'd rather have food that someone put some time into rather than slopping it on a plate. Nice staff.“

While my party sat down, I wandered to check out the pastries. Everything looked absolutely scrumptious! Difficult to decide but I ended up selecting these pastries to take home. Gorgeous gigantic lattes and I ordered a cappuccino. Took a minute for coffees to arrive. Dishes are large portions. Plated nicely and looked amazing. We ordered: A cup of Asparagus Soup - delicate but full of flavor. If you love asparagus, you'll enjoy this. Corned Beef Hash - generous portion of meat topped with 2 perfectly poached eggs. Hope you're hungry! Croque Madame Egg Breakfast Service was great. Our waitress was friendly and professional. She always checked on us. She had a great attitude.“

The folks running the spot clearly have a lot of pride for what they do and really set my day off to a good start. “I work in st helena sometimes and have been wanting to check out this new spot. I found parking directly in front of the cafe on the street. the outside is so cute. The entrance is an arch that leads to a cute patio. Perfect for catching up with a friend or two. Inside is the cafe where u order and the store. I ordered the banh mi and a chocolate shake. My husband ordered a drip coffee. The food took a while and they forget the coffee. They did bring it after we asked for it. My shake was delicious. I love that they have strauss shakes and ice cream. I do think the consistency could have been thicker but it was still good. The banh mi had pickled veggies and grass fed beef on sourdough. There was also some kind of sriracha on top. I liked the taste of the meat. It was good to share. the aesthetic of this cafe/store is so upscale, chic, and country at the same time. They sell dishes, cards, couches, some dishes, and jewelry. I would come back again for the strauss yogurt parfait or to try some porridge.“

“This is a great place to get croissants and many more. I have bought so many croissants from this location and it is by far the best croissants I have eaten so far in my life. I don't know why people have lef less than 5 star reviews. The guys who attend this place are very friendly and always have a big smile. They are always very friendly, always. I definitely recommend this place. I have been buying from this place for more than 2 years now. Something I really like about the croissants from this location is that they are very crunchy. The croissants from other locations are somewhat soft and it's not my preferred way of eating croissants.“
