I have to give 5 stars because of the customer service here. It was my bf's birthday so we were looking forward to getting his free birthday pretzel however it wasn't showing up on our app to redeem. When we told the employee Rico this, he automatically said "it's okay! I'll just honor it for you" with such a big smile on his face. He even willingly added a dipping sauce when he didn't have to so that was super sweet. Highly recommend the sweet almond pretzel with caramel sauce....read full review

We just went to auntie Anne's in the galleria, and completely love, their pretzels and caramel dipping... cheese dippings ..the person who help us is Rico Coco, and he is absolutely adorable ,kind ,very nice and prompt ..loved this place..

Delicious as always. I especially love the Dragonfruit mixer from Auntie Anne's and the Strawberries and Cream frappe from the Cinnabon side. My favorite pretzel is definitely the almond one. Austin J. is the best worker there in my opinion. Everything he makes tastes absolutely perfect.
