“I eat all over LA and all over the country. Do not listen to the bad reviews by dunces. This is destination dining and frankly I do not know of a better restaurant for *any* style of food. The tacos/burritos are great but you can get that stuff from a truck. This place has probably 7 or 8 of the tastiest sauces you will find on the planet.GO THAT ROUTE. Get something you don’t recognize and it’ll probably change your life.Green or black mole, spicy pasilla, the silkiest red ranchero sauce, and a verde so fresh and delicious that it literally tastes alive.Chips and salsa are elite. Best black beans I’ve ever had.Again if you want burritos and tacos(the homemade tortillas are???) these are great but there are great trucks for that.GET ONE OF THEIR SIGNATURE PLATES.LA’s best restaurant…nuff said.”
“Food was good. Server was slow and had to be reminded a few times to bring all the things we had asked for. Also heard our server yelling bendejo at another server loudly. Not cool in front of my 88 year old mom. Had to wait a long time for the check after we were finished which was irritating as we wanted to get home.”
“Our impromptu visit to Damon's was a delightful surprise, as the wait was surprisingly short. We savored every bite of the excellent chicken fried steak with macaroni and cheese, while the cobb salad appetizer was truly amazing, setting the bar high for the rest of the meal. Accompanying our dishes were strong and delicious Mai Tais and a Singapore Sling from the bar, perfectly complementing the tropical ambiance. Speaking of which, the Polynesian tiki decor was mesmerizing, transporting us back to the adventurous days of the 1960s. Not only was the atmosphere captivating, but the service was also quite good. Our waiter was knowledgeable and informative, providing recommendations that we would trust anytime. Their attentive care enhanced our dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. Overall, our visit to Damon's was memorable, filled with delicious food, strong cocktails, and exceptional service. We look forward to returning and experiencing the magic of this tropical paradise once again.”
“Very friendly attentive servers. Salsa was a bit runny. Tostada salad was good. The meat was well seasoned and tasty guacamole. Strong skinny margarita.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment”
“Ok. I went there just because I drive by it daily and told myself I needed to check it out.So i did and let me say. I will be going back. So the atmosphere or music is old standards ( Frank, Dean and more) loved it. The service was good but could be more social. The Bartender was good but not as cheery meaning social. ( Hey is your first time here, what is your favorite drink .) If you have been to and remember JAX in glendale this could be the next best thing. I will be going back, trust me.sorry but they need to liven up the atmosphere.Just make it more fun.You need to check it. Food OMG.”

ROCKBIRD
“I went to this restaurant for the first time today, it was very quiet, the food was prepared very quickly. The taste of Christy's chicken was good. We ordered The Wok and The Baja. The Wok was sweet. Both were not very spicy.”
“If you have not been here, you have not experienced the best food in Glendale. Everything is mouthwatering.Beef empanadas with spicy chimichurri is divine. You just want to keep eating more.Their soups are like if you made them yourself or like mom’s home made chicken soup or lentil soup. The lentil soup is very hearty with beef. Delicious. The Italian dishes are also so delicious and good portions.Everything on their menu is reasonably priced.Must try.Almost forgot potato salad is also delicious. Every is good to the last bite.”

“This is another SoCal pastry special that we don’t have in the Bay Area — so everytime I’m in LA, you know the last stop that I have to go to, is Porto's Bakery in Glendale. They are known for their warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Every time I walk in, the smell of fresh pastries fills the air, creating a cozy and inviting environment. Their dedication to providing outstanding hospitality adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit, making it a memorable and pleasant experience.Food 5/5 One of the main attractions at Porto's Bakery is their mouthwatering pastries that are simply irresistible. I ended up gettin a From flaky croissants to creamy cakes, each treat is made with high-quality ingredients and expert craftsmanship. Whether you have a sweet tooth or prefer something savory, there is something for everyone at Porto's Bakery. Every bite is bursting with flavor and made with love, leaving you craving more. They have such an extensive menu featuring both traditional favorites and innovative creations, Porto's Bakery never fails to impress with their delectable pastries that keep customers coming back for more.Parking: Parking is hard to find directly in front of Porto’s— you might have to walk a few blocks!”
“The main dishes are great, but the fried won ton strips are always too greasy, like the oil wasn't hot enough when they were frying and the sweet sauce they serve with them always has a moldy taste.”

“The froyo was average and so were the prices (65 cents per ounce as of March 2024)??♀️ but the layout of the store was kinda flawed. All of the flavors are shoved in a tiny corner so when people came in it got really crowded. The workers were pretty nice ”
“Fox News is one of those places that I take out of town visitors and they always love it. The food is great, high quality. The house-made "cinnamon roll French toast" is, hands down one of my favorite things to order at any restaurant on Earth. They have an outdoor patio where you can bring your well-behaved dog!Parking: They have a second parking lot that is access off of the street that runs behind foxy's.”

“Came here for the first time to try the Swedish Semla. I called in and they recommended I would order ahead since they were "flying out the door" so I ordered online and got there 4h later and they had plenty left. The semla bun and almond paste was good, but unfortunately the whip cream was out of date, as it did not taste or smell right. The staff was nice but got our sandwich orders wrong. We ordered two regular and one panini toasted but we got three regular and none toasted. The soup was delicious, but the staff member could not tell us what kind of soup it was. I am still leaving 4 stars, because I really want to like this place.”

“The food and the coffee were delicious and good quality. But the service seemed to be a little slow. If you have extra time and not there for a quick lunch then it’s a great place to go.”
“Delicious! Best frozen yogurt I've ever had. I ordered a 2nd helping while I was there. I live in Orange county and have been looking for any reason to drive there. Crave it. Wish they had a location in s. Orange county. Even considered opening up one of their stores.... it's that good.Vegetarian options: It's all vegan and delicious”
“I went to this restaurant for the first time today, it was very quiet, the food was prepared very quickly. The taste of Christy's chicken was good. We ordered The Wok and The Baja. The Wok was sweet. Both were not very spicy.”
“A delightful spot for a cup of tea and a lavender scone. They also have gluten free pastry options. It's quite tiny but the outdoor tables are perfect when the weather is nice.”
“I'm officially a big fan of Skaf's. The kabobs are amazing. So juicy and flavorful. And the spices give each skewer that comforting, zesty taste that has you deeply savoring each bite. If you've had excellent Lebanese food before, then you know what I'm talking about. I ordered for pickup so didn't eat in. However, I was very impressed with the setup. Very modern and clean, but still homey, intimate, and inviting. The service? Everyone there was incredibly friendly and hospitable. They're clearly people that aim to please! Love it. The only thing that didn't wow me was the rice. The rice was just average. But the fresh crunch of the cabbage salad more than made up for it. If you're near Glendale and craving Middle Eastern / Mediterranean, then this is the spot!”
“Appetizers were fire, great selection of craft beers, and amazing pizza. Servers were awesome. 100% worth a visit you won't be disappointed. Big outdoor seating is available, too. Parking crazy oj weekends.”

“Came here to pick up our takeout and was impressed by the customer service and incredible quality of the food. I only wanted kebabs so pay about $15 for the chicken which I took home and enjoyed about an hour later. It was so good, especially with the garlic sauce. I can’t wait to go back.”

“Woooooow! The food is A+mazing! The first time I came here I ate the food so fast I didn't get a chance to leave a review. I came back again because I like their sweets. Last time, I had ice cream and their Ashta, and it was perfect. This time I tried their crepes and they did not disappint. If you want sweets, then this is the spot to go.The atmosphere was nice, service is great, and the place is well lit.”

“First time here and I got the pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and omg it’s SOOOOOOOO good! The pumpkin spice is made in house and has the right amount of seasoning and isn’t overly sweet. Highly recommend it! And this is a great location to get some work done. Lots of open ”
“Order the beef flap and chicken thigh. This place knows how to cook it to perfection. Also thier rice is absolutely delicious. Imean, you might say it's just rice, but this place elevates it to superstar status. It's so buttery and fluffy. Perfection! Served with a simple grilled tomato and peppers and a slice of lavash bread to round it all off. The staff is friendly and the food is hot and ready pretty quickly. Plenty of easy parking in thier lot. Easy in and out.”
“Veritable mante, sou beureg, khingali, soups and deserts. All with authentic tastes. Good food, good prices, friendly service but a place like a burger joint physically.”
“This place was so cute and cozy for lunch! Food was delish! One thing I didn’t like was I ordered a chicken salad it’s like $14 bucks. I didn’t appreciate the fact that I only had 4 little tiny chicken on my plate. I mean come on it’s was $14 bucks. I seriously had to order and share another sandwich cuz that wasn’t enough.”
“This place is a hidden gem, serving some top shelf bourbons, excellent mezcals, and quality tap beers. A very relaxed and comfortable environment, the oasis that is the Gold Rail is a great spot to play some pool, sing karaoke, fire up the jukebox or just sip a classic cocktail at the bar. You just wouldn't expect such a cool little spot on the west side of Glendale. Well-priced and very friendly staff to boot. Might become a regular...”
“This gem exceeded all expectations. We came here with a group for lunch and the place was very inviting and clean and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. I got the #9 chicken plate and loved it!! Tender, perfectly spiced, and a large portion. If you are craving a nice atmosphere with delicious options, this restaurant is a must-try.”
“Fast friendly service, and the meat was absolutely delicious (I've only had the beef bbq kebab plate) and even the charred hot pepper was perfect, which I greatly appreciated the attention to detail on. Thanks Chef!”
“We decided to go to Raffi's Place in Glendale instead of other Persian restaurants in Westwood. You miss out on the Persian neighborhood vibe a little bit in this area, but the food is incredible. Atmosphere...... feels like a place that has been around this long could put a bit more effort into that. It almost felt a bit like a food court in a mall. Not terrible or anything that should keep you from going, but it doesn't feel like the 'quaint courtyard' they describe on the website.”
“In search of a good french pastry place in the LA area so drove here to try it. Overall 3.5/5 Mixed Berry Tart 4.5/5 Strawberry Pistachio Croissant 4/5 Butter Croissant 4/5 Kouign Amann - 2/5 If you live in the area, definitely a good pastry store that's close to home.”
“Amazing food and friendly staff. By far one of the best kabob places in Glendale! The small hole in the wall restaurant had amazing staff with phenomenal customer service!”

“Our first time to this beautiful restaurant . We tried the tasting menu! WOW was it amazing. Loved learning about the wines. Had the featured drink of the week by Finn. loved it. It was garnished with a petite flower. My only regret is I got full and couldn't eat it all. Thank you to Matt our server for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. The lobster pie was so creamy and delicious. The steak was so flavorful and tender.”
“We were surprised just how good the food and the service was here!! The hummus was some of the best we've ever had and every single dish was fresh and flavorful. Our wait staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here again!!”
“I tried both an IPA and a porter. Both were very good. The brewery is located in a Quonset Hut and has a fun, welcoming vibe. Girl pouring the beers was gorgeous but very unfriendly. A food truck parked out front, Bun and Blanket, offered decent food.”
“This brewery is difficult to find, but worth the effort. (It is off a 1-way street; in industrial park, service road to freeway). But once you find it you'll be glad.Gus, on the taps, makes you feel at home. The beers are diverse. They do have flights. I tried a crazy interesting dark beer & an Oktoberfest. Yes they have IPAs. Since I'm not a fan, I appreciated the variety.Outside patio & spacious interiorThey have parking. Dogs are welcome. Food from vendors or you may bring in. Great beers that are Reasonably priced.I will return!”
“A very happy discovery. After being a bit surprised at the minimum cost at another nearby restaurant, I kept walking. I was drawn to the gas flames of outdoor dining. I found Bacari GDL and was very pleased. The food was excellent. My Bacarita was spicy but refreshing with watermelon to counter the bite. My ceviche was the best I have had. My pork chop with caramelized onions was perfect after a long day. Hannah was a delight in her care of my dining experience. I hope to return to Glendale again to enjoy this gem.”
“1st time coming here with my Son and his Mom And I'm a tell you Something my Son LOVED the Arcade Machines They had Here FREE CREDITS... And the food was Good ? I had the Asada Burrito ? and 2 Asada Tacos ? I'll Be Back Soon...Parking: It has a beautiful mural L.A Legends...”
“I'm back at this restaurant and it hasn't disappoint me yet! I brought my son today and he is in heaven! I don't know why it says it's close when it's open? But it's under new management. The all you can eat menus are great and the food is amazing. For the money you paying it's worth the food your eating. Very tasty and decent size portions not to much rice! The service is definitely on point! I know the previous times I've been here service was okay and they would take a long time to feed you but this time around I give them 5 stars! Definitely upgraded in the service department...I definitely recommend this place come try it out! Definitely the best all you can eat place I've eaten! They give you good portions”
“If you want a true home cooked experience, you have to go to Caravan. I started coming here a year ago and now it is my go to for a hearty meal with my family and of course delightful conversations with the owners and staff. You will walk in there a customer but leave as a member of their family. Always remember to support mom/pop business!!!!”
“Good solid Indian food with lovely staff. Loved the samosas (honestly don’t miss them) and the garlic naan. The butter chicken was good, and enjoyed the daal makni. The restaurant is simple, and clean. Some people complained of the portion size, but my friend and I were full and brought stuff home…..so we were fully happy with what we had! I would not miss this wonderful local place, and plan to be back!”
“Amazing all around!!! All the staff were respectful and kind. They made our experience in LA well worth it. Bernard was exceptionally outstanding. Very attentive and patient. Drinks were so good I stood in line for two more. Will definitely be coming back.”
“We orders a variety of items so we could try a lot of options on our first visit. Everything was delicious! I especially liked the Spicy Scallop Hand Roll and Mushroom Medley. All our orders came out in rapid succession so we got filled quickly. My only recommendation is for he food comes out mored slowly so you can savor each item.”
“The Greyhound is one of my favorite places in LA. The food, the people, the vibe. So good. From one foodie to another, here's my top items - Carolina Gold Wings, Carnitas Quesadilla or Nachos (both are amazing), Fries (duh), and the burger! I always get a last word or negroni at the bar and they never disappoint.Vegetarian options: The cauliflower wings, vegan burger, potato taquitos, salads, pesto bread sticks, pizza. There's so many vegetarian options and they are all delicious.Dietary restrictions: They are super friendly and helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions.Parking: There's a free parking lot right behind the restaurant and some free spots right in front as well.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome! It's a fun atmosphere for them!”
“I’ve been to several Peruvian restaurants and this must be one of my new favorite spots. Service, food, clean, atmosphere. All amazing will defiantly be going here again. Plus they have a cool lil robot waiter lol.”
“Large menu with lots of options well outside the reach of most middle eastern restaurants, and more available off menu. Very welcoming for larger groups and family style sharing. A great experience!”
“Can't say enough good things about this place. Almost tempted not to review. To keep it a secret! But this place doesn't need my review. Everyone knows this place is the best.”

“I bought one thin bread for a another store, and really loves the taste. I went again to buy bread, but I could not find same. so I decided to go directly to the bakery store, but it seems it is closed, and it was only a week in between.. I tried to call to make sure they still exist, or moved, but no answer.. I am login to still give 5 stars for the taste. I hope I will find this bread again.”
“Food is good but the people who run the driveway were..... weird. They kept repeating questions we already answered to. They switched off people from the window in mid sentence. And gave our food to us in a Wendy's bag?!”
“I went through the drive tru it was just fine no biggie...Parking: About 20-30Kid-friendliness: Not much to say I'd think that they have kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: Most locations have”
“Employees are helpful. Customer service is excellent. Online orders are always ready when I arrive. Employees know customers by name and employees are respectful. You could not have a better Carl’s than this location.”
“My Drive thru experiences have been mostly positive with nice people, correct orders and good tasting food. Nice park across the street to eat at and enjoy.Parking: Ample parking and well lighted at night.”
“The food was great, service and atmosphere, we chose this place because my sister and a friend of hers went to the IHOP on 6th st and Shatto near Vermont, and Before my sister could get the first bite on her food, they ASK HER FOR PAYMENT OF HER FOOD, I consider that very rude and racist, I had NEVER BEEN ask for payment before we eat our food, it was bad for my sister.”
“The staff was very professional. They greeted me with a greeting of the day, made my food in a timely manner, and then wished me a great day. Couldn't ask for more.”
“I come here for my free sausage McMuffin with egg as my usual order and I love breakfast in McDonald's, Today I want to give 4 stars. The McMuffin is perfect taste compare with the one in Arcadia yesterday. The muffin is soft and with right egg. The merger add some Mexican style salsa, make it more delicious (I never try) .Missing one star because the app not that friendly use. But I still love McDonald's breakfast. Yami”
“11.23.23Conveniently located on the South side of Colorado Blvd. in central Glendale it's clean and well kept, plenty of easy parking .Tables were all spotlessly clean, this isn't a normal thing at McDonald's so I appreciate it .My order was ready quickly, no need to describe, either you like Micky D's or not, it's fast food not Haute Quisine .I didn't try the bathrooms but McDonalds typically has NO towels and one stall and one urinal for men .-Nate”

“A small restaurant you would miss if you didn't look twice. Mila's is a lowkey gem of this wonderful city of Glendale. Firstly greeted as we walked in and my group and I already knew it was going to be a good experience. The cashier David was especially nice when choosing menu items as well. We ended up getting the BBQ Chicken and Smoked Bacon as well as some wings. The pizza is a New York style with the thin and crispy crust, they have perfected this style to the T. Both pizzas came out delicious and our group ended up finishing the whole thing. The wings also had a crispy outer layer and paired with the sauce. Loved everything here and will keep them in mind anytime Pizza is a craving of mine.”
“Food/Cakes are always excellent. Nice little treat to share at home. Service has always been superior. Ambience, store is always clean and displays are welcoming and inviting. Absolutely wonderful.”
“I really like this place! The owner is super nice, and really pleasant to talk to, and the coffee beans are great! I used to think it was silly to buy nice coffee, but I've completely changed my mind. It's delicious, and well-priced too. Plus he lets you sample things, and gives you information on what you're buying. Really great!”
“Literally the best bakery I have been to! I ordered my birthday cake from here and it did not disappoint. Not only was the cake designed beautifully, but it was super fresh, delicious and jam-packed with strawberry jam. Customer service was excellent as well. The employees/owners were very friendly and nice.”

“I grew up in Glendale so I known Mitzee’s for at least 15-20 years!! Your Chef AKA ( your cook ) has been there if not mistaken the same amount of time. Food taste and presentation has been the same since the first time I had it, their hot sauce it’s AMAZING! if you love spicy, if you don’t have high tolerance for spicy stay away or have just a little lol. I know leave in Downtown and when passing by Glendale I make it a stop…”

I work just a few minutes away and often stop by for a quick breakfast or cup of coffee and its always a treat. Grateful to have them nearby!”

“I love Eggs Benedict. It is my favorite breakfast food and a good Hollandaise is the sauce of the gods. I have had a least a hundred variations on the theme. For me, this is the best I've had. Their Hollandaise is fantastic. Eggs cooked perfectly. Potatoes are savory and lovely. Pull one through some sauce and yolk, it is genius. The salad is some greens nothing special there but the dressing is. It definitely is. The people are nice, welcoming and kind. Overall, my favorite breakfast place in Glendale.”
Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Place is really good! Has a different sauce then other places and that’s the best thing to do! Dude also gave us free water bottles instead of cups of water. The chicken has really good breading it’s crispy! ??”
“I love coming to this location. Delicious food always and great location. Today the service was incredible. Thanks to 'Simon" he has got to be the best server on the planet. Its very rare these days to have exceptional service. What a treat! Just hope we are always served by him in the future.”
“Love Philz! Their pastries are delicious and coffees are individually made pour over style. Staff are friendly and happy to adjust your coffee according to your liking if you take a sip and want something added like more cream or sugar. I like trying different blends every time I go.Parking: Metered parking in the front of the store on street, or paid parking lot in the back of the store, or a large parking garage one block down to the right behind the store that has the first 90 minutes free.”
“I have got a double burger with fries. Burger itself was amazing, but fries weren’t that great. I felt like they were dry and quite cold like they were fried a good few minutes before serving.”
“Always amazing! Fresh, healthy at an affordable price. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend, don't forget the garlic sauce and grilled pepper, game changer!”
“GREAT FOODZucchini fries 10/10Big portionGreat fryGreat flavorPastrami Sandwich was also wonderful!Tons of delicious thin sliced meatThe ladies behind the counter weren’t the friendliest, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming backKid-friendliness: Kids would love the burgers here and probably the chicken”
“DEEEEEEELICIOUS!!!!! Most authentic burrito I’ve ever eaten! So juicy and spicy. Such great sauce Mmmmmm. A juicy burrito paired with a creamy horchata is the best combo u could get!”
“Hands down this is probably the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! The steak is cooked perfectly well and there was a good amount of meat. The only thing is it's very pricey and they do not have avocados. I paid $19 or $20 for the breakfast burrito. It's convenient because they have a drive-thru. I called for pick up and when I pulled up I just paid at the drive-thru window. It was nice and hot! It was delicious. I would go back but not often only because it's too pricey. The most I have paid for a steak and/or steak and bacon breakfast burrito is $13 that's with avocados in my burrito”
“A masterpiece for the mouth and the wallet. Birria tacos were $2.25 each and the usual tacos were $1.80 eachParking: Small parking lot shared with the laundromat behind it”
“Good burger & fries also tacos & tostadas. Great prices though the restaurant is nice & clean. Perfect for customers ordering fast food at drive thru. The outside dining looks great. Not bad at all.”
“This restaurant is immaculate. The service was fantastic, the restrooms were clean, and fresh smelling, and the food was piping hot, and came out quickly. I have zero complaints.”
“my go to starbucks! it has a comforting area to hang out and study. i enjoy coming to this coffee shop to study because of the many options of seating they have. from high tables to cushion couches. they also have an outdoor patio with umbrellas. the baristas are always so friendly and helpful! shout out to bri for being one of the sweetest baristas ive met! always making my frappe & lattes so delicious and yummyy!”
“I came on Thanksgiving, and the service was fast and efficient. The employees were pleasant and friendly, and my large order was 100% correct down to the sauces. Great work, excellent food!I hope the Birria becomes a permanent menu item.”
“It's the staff/coffee baristas that make this THE go-to location when my daughters or I want Starbucks. Everyone is friendly and courteous! The food and drinks is always consistently spot on (something we've not always experienced at other locations). I just tried the NEW "Oleato" Latte, my personal favorite of all the Lattes on the menu now!!!”
“My all-time favorite Taco Bell location today. My order took a while to make, but that wasn't an issue for me as I was in no rush. I love the outside dining area with the shaded side (pictured above), but it can be a little annoying if it's windy. This location is located in a very neat part of Glendale, so you won't have to worry about bad people walking around. This was my 3rd or 4th time eating here, and I have never run into any issues outside. The best part is the view of the Verdugo Mountains. It gives off a very nice scenic image while enjoying your food. Like all Taco Bell's and because of inflation, the prices are a bit steep for their menu items. But for this location, I don't mind spending over $9 for 2 chicken Taquitos and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. ?”
“My family hosted a birthday and we loved their food. The service was amazing and everyone loved venue. We look forward to hosting more events at Bliss in the future.”

Mambo's Cafe
“I have never had bad service here. The food is always top notch for a quick place to eat. I have been coming here since they opened and it is a required visit anytime I find myself in Burbank or Glendale. Don't miss their plantains.”

“Great deli, highly recommend. They are not open late, so you may have to get something to go. Lots of sandwiches, and other Italian food options. May want to phone in your order and save some time. No seating inside at the moment, no restrooms either. Parking, entrance, aisles and counter are accessible. Dedicated parking behind the building. If you have a date, stopping by to pick up stuff for a picnic is a great idea. Or my favorite, pick out a sandwich, bag of chips, and a hot item to split, you will have plenty to share. Then pick out each other's drink, and a cookie or two to share after your meal. Sharing food like this with a loved one can be really fun. They have a lot of interesting products for sale, could also pick out stuff to make a dinner later with. Even if you come alone, they will likely have something you will find appealing.Parking: Parking behind shop, should be plentyKid-friendliness: Should be able to find somethingWheelchair accessibility: Entrance, aisles, and counter are accessible.”
“Best Shaved Ice in Los Angeles. Service could improve but they always do a great job. I would definitely recommend just be prepared to wait a bit if it's busy. Best time to go is during the week”
“We have been here a couple times and really like this new restaurant in the Kenneth Village. Everything we've ordered has been great. Only complaint is I wish it was open for dinner!”
“I shall be frank about the taste of espresso here. I drink at least two servings of espresso at home every day, but I still lack in experience making my home-made espresso to taste like the ones I experienced in Italy.Every time I have the espresso at La Goccia Espresso Bar in Glendale, I feel like I am having it in Rome. My daughter orders other modern drinks and she also loves them more then the ones served in chain coffee places.”
“First time here. We had the falafel sandwich, tabuli salad and zahtar&cheese maneish. The portion are large enough to share. Staff was welcoming and helpful.”
“On our way out of cali heading back to Vegas I seen this spot just off the freeway !Delicious food and a very big variety!!They will custom anything on the menuThey will also make a plain burger patty for your doggies”
“My friends love this place and I finally got to try for myself this weekend. The lamb pizza was amazing and the zaatar bread was very good. Good value drinks too. I will be ordering again.”
“If you enjoy good sugarcane juice, this place is a must-try. We placed a takeout order over the phone for a large group, and the person in charge attentively listened to our order, accommodating the changes we suggested. Despite getting stuck in traffic and arriving closer to closing time, the staff remained friendly and accommodating.”
“I have eaten the pho here twice and have been impressed both times. The food is fresh, delicious and the portion is good. This is one of my favorite pho places in this area. They are never too crowed when I visit for lunch and the atmosphere is wonderful. It is privately owned and the service is great! Definitely recommended!”
“The perfect asada tacos, I kid you not. The meat is diced nice and small and is the perfect firmness while being juicy. The sala is the right blend of spicy, but doesn't burn going down, just leaves your mouth and lips warm. The chips are thin and salty and just a dream, especially when paired with the salsa. I travel a lot for work, so I have a lot of really mediocre tacos, and these are definitely not mediocre, they're fantastic.”
“I was going over to a family's house and needed a bakery to get some sweets to take over and came across this bakery via Yelp search. It's a stand alone little family owned bakery. Walked in and was greeted by this super friendly Armenian owner and she helped me right away to get a box of pre-packed birds milk pastry. They were soooo delicious! The inside is chill and nothing fancy. They also have Barbari and other things you can order and buy. I just loved the lady/owner. Wish I got her name. Friendliest person I've met in a long time. I wish I got photos but I was in a hurry and didn't have time. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great pastry and service.”
“Just wonderful, the food is amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They even helped me retrieving my receipts for my bill so that I can expense it. Thank you so much for your help. I will be back for sure!”
“I come here for breakfast, sometimes with my co worker's. My personal favorite here is lechon kawali a must try!! it's nice and crispy tasty and delicious..the best in town! But you gotta come here early cause they ran out quick. They got good food here. My other favorites dasilog, longsilog and jefrox and more.. they're open early 7am and nice friendly staff!! ?good job Soo Good!!”
“Simply put, I am from El Salvador and one can't say what am i doing esting here. Just come and give them a shot it's amazing food and even the coffee is delicious.”
“Oh boy!!!! Their food is so so DELICIOUS. I just decided to try them out for the first time since my fav Thai restaurant(pad Thai bistro) isn’t open on thanksgiving today. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try! My goodness! I got the yellow curry extra spicy, spicy fried rice and it was really good. I expected more spicyness, but it’s okay. And the curry had a little more sweetness to it than what I’m used to. Otherwise, their food is really good.”
“I tried both an IPA and a porter. Both were very good. The brewery is located in a Quonset Hut and has a fun, welcoming vibe. Girl pouring the beers was gorgeous but very unfriendly. A food truck parked out front, Bun and Blanket, offered decent food.”

Din Tai Fung
“I really enjoyed my dining experience at Din Tai Fung. Enjoyed sharing different types of food with my friends. The spicy wonton was amazing and the soup filled dumpling "Xiao Long Bao" was great as well.”

Bacari GDL
“A very happy discovery. After being a bit surprised at the minimum cost at another nearby restaurant, I kept walking. I was drawn to the gas flames of outdoor dining. I found Bacari GDL and was very pleased. The food was excellent. My Bacarita was spicy but refreshing with watermelon to counter the bite. My ceviche was the best I have had. My pork chop with caramelized onions was perfect after a long day. Hannah was a delight in her care of my dining experience. I hope to return to Glendale again to enjoy this gem.”
“This was my first time here and the experience was excellent. I was greeted by a nice lady who helped me. I had a few questions about the menu and she walked me through all the options. I ordered chicken barg and beef koobideh with the creamy potatoes, mast musir and Armenian salad. I also had a side of hummus and pita. Everything was fresh, high quality, well portioned and above all delicious! The meal was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try different things there. Loved the food, value was spot on and the ambiance was so cute plus it was spotless clean. I’m glad to have such a quality restaurant so close by!”
“Beautiful setting; cabanas and palms and lights on the patio. Free parking in the lot across the street. The hands down best damn pizza (Ozzy's Apizza) in LA. Crispy crust, tomatoey, not pastey sauce and fantastic thick pepperoni. Sausage with a kick. Other pizzas I leave the crust but Ozzy's is maybe the best part. Cocktails are on point.”
“Highly Highly recommend this place for Korean Sushi called: KimBap! I orderd the Tuna and Beef Bulgogi and it was so delicious I ended up eating it all in one sitting lol. The cucumber kimchi above is made by me lol. KimBap for $10! Next time I'll have to try the fish cake kimbap!I Door Dashed this order.”

“I stumbled upon this place when apartment hunting this past summer. Fast forward to last Friday, I was celebrating my birthday and they happened to have a outdoor seating available. The ambiance is very cozy. The owner and his staff made me feel so much at home. Boy they have a sense of humor and even sang happy birthday to me. As for the food, try the clams linguine and calamari. I'll be coming back soon. Worth the time and energy.”
“These ribs are something you gotta check out! I've heard all the dishes are pretty good, but this was way better than I hoped. Kind staff, nice and cozy place, but again... the ribs! Will definitely come again!”
“When I say this place is a hidden gem, I can't emphasize that enough. An incredible experience with engaging, attentive staff that are enthusiastic to serve you.The chefs offer great entertainment and witty remarks that make it fun. Best restaurant I have experienced in years. Bravo”
“I love this place !!! I'm from Fresno and every time I come to town I have to come here the food is so good always fresh and hot .... The customer service is always good and they have your food out ”
“The food was delicious, I ate a pabellon arepa and it was authentic and reminded me of my childhood. My family had some empanadas and they loved them. I enjoyed buying some goods in their mini market. Customer service was less than ideal, I was asked to take my garbage out when they had a garbage can inside the restaurant, it was an awkward interaction but otherwise the experience was good. I hope the owners take this as constructive feedback to keep improving their business.”
“Stopped in to grab some dessert and ended up getting a full meal because it smelt so good. Food was incredible that we went back a second time before our trip was over.”
“The sushi is simple, delicious, and very authentic style. It’s my new favorite place in town. Seats are limited, so make reservations if you want to secure your table.”
“Really nice people serving great food at affordable prices. The portions are definitely enough to share, and everything was served fresh. Did I mention the pitas are made on the spot? Will be back soon to try the grilled ”

Lemón Zëst
“What a gem this find is! The lamb gyro was delicious, tender and the condiments were super fresh. Their homemade (?) sauces were excellent and allowed everyone in my party to customize the heat, from the wimp (me) to the fire eater. Don't over look this place!”

Basin 141
“Everything is perfect here the only thing made me to rate 4 is outside sitting tables are so tiny. It’s good only for 2 . Their fish tacos are the best servers are so friendly and nice oh their drinks are ?”
“Always Great !!Parking: Street Parking is limited and 1.50 per hour at the meter. If you plan to park on the street make sure you have enough coins to cover your parking.”
“First of all, if shabu shabu is new to you like it was for some of us, then this would be an great start!Thank you Jason for giving us amazing service. From explaining the process to making sure we were always filled up with our sides, sauces, and drinks. The Joon beef was amazing and the variety of veggies they give is a lot. The black rice was really tasty and unlimited. So we're the sauces. The prices we're fair but then again when service is great then it makes sense. They have high bar and low bar seating for preferences. Some kids might need a high chair so low bar seating makes sense. The broth was fun because they let you mix it up on your own.Fun tip: they give you purse clips for the table.”
“This place is such a gem! Finally, good authentic Italian food in Glendale! The BRANZINO is incredible! The CASARECCE is a must-have! Please support this excellent little independent restaurant. I promise you'll be glad you did :)”

Happy Cup
“Update: I have been coming back over and over again. I have filled up their stamp cards multiple times. My go-to order is the Blue Honey milk tea with egg pudding instead of boba pearls. I love how they have seasonal flavors. It's always fun to try their drinks.”

Oishi Sushi
“Amazing atmosphere woth wooden fascinating enclosures. Beautiful lanterns. The food and service were great! I would recommend this restaurant for a 1st date.Kid-friendliness: Full kid teriyaki plate is a great value.”
“Came for bunch of lunch. Very nice woman at the register was very attentive of everyone and keeping the food bar pristine.Vegetarian options: Veggie piazza, mojo potatoes, spaghetti, vegetables, mashed potatoes, desserts”
“My child and I are trying out local places every Saturday morning and today we set our sights on V Boulevard Cafe. This is a nicely decorated small restaurant that's probably a well-kept secret by the people who live in the area. There's a sign for parking behind, but the open spaces weren't ones I could shove a minivan in and then you're in to the neighborhoods with limited parking. The curb out front is painted for short (30m) stops, so plan to park a block ahead or behind, or across the street because this is a nice place to linger and enjoy your food. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I have the french toast which was really great and a very nice vanilla latte. My child had the make-your-own sandwich and hot chocolate that they really liked. Mine came with sausage (rich and flavorful) and eggs (I had "over hard" and would try a different method next time) and theirs came with hashbrowns. We both agreed that next time we'd definitely order them crispy as they were very soft and we left them behind. It was $47 + tip for the two of us. That felt a little bit high, but maybe that's just the state of things these days, and the food was good, the restaurant was pleasant and the service was great, and it's a small local business, so maybe that's an OK price? If I would give them one piece of advice - for part of our visit there was instrumental music in the front of the house and different music playing loudly in the kitchen. It was distracting while trying to converse. I didn't have a problem with either music, but maybe pick one. I would definitely try more of their menu, perhaps a future breakfast date with my wife.”

Pizza Boy
“Best gluten-free pizza ever! I had the ancient grains crust a couple times now. Wish I could drop in for some gf slices when in the area, but you can only order a full pie. And when I called I was told orders can only be placed online, which is strange, but ok. Chicken wings, portobello mushroom appetizer and garlic knots are yummy too!”

“This is the best location around the area, Mike and Jenny are awesome! I ordered the blue wave and it tasted amazing. Jenny even help me cut a fruit that I brought in from homeDef will come back”
“I’ve been to several Peruvian restaurants and this must be one of my new favorite spots. Service, food, clean, atmosphere. All amazing will defiantly be going here again. Plus they have a cool lil robot waiter lol.”
“4.5 stars rounded to 5 because I'm jk, this place is 5 stars. Excellent hookah, excellent food. Love the beef wrap and the fattoush salad with chicken kebob. Staff is great, Dani especially is a gracious host. Always end up coming back here.”
“Large menu with lots of options well outside the reach of most middle eastern restaurants, and more available off menu. Very welcoming for larger groups and family style sharing. A great experience!”
“Upscale bistro with a full bar and friendly plus attentive service. Came here for happy hour 5-8 and certain drinks (peach aperol/ elderflower spritzers, wine, margaritas) were listed for $10. Oak special flatbread was the perfect little after work supper.”

R101 Ramen
“The food is good but the music is so loud. Asked putting it down a little bit. It didn't work… they volume down for 1 minute and turn it up again. Ears hurt….”
“I, really, really like this place. But it's kinda pricey. That being said, the food is really-really good. Pardis, a Persian restaurant, feels more like "higher class" dining, so to speak, than say, Raffis Place (the best Middle Eastern food in town). Pardis' Salmon is delish, the hummus is yum, and the portions are pretty large. The menu isn't that big, which is fine, and I hope this restaurant succeeds as the restaurant that was at this location (which was yum) didn't succeed (probably due to bad customer service). So, hopefully, Pardis focuses on service too because the food is awesome!”
“This is my family's favorite place to dine at The Americana. Fantastic, fresh, and delicious food. Every meal and cocktail we have had here is amazing.Kid-friendliness: This is a nice, sit-down restaurant with a beautiful ambiance. Some decent options for kids. I'm going to do the restaurant and its guests a solid and say that this is NOT the place to visit if your child is not relatively well-behaved. If your child likes to wander about, has to eat a meal while watching a program or playing a game on a mobile device on SPEAKER, this is not the best place for your family meal.”
“I'm always able to find fresh produce, friendly cashiers, overall clean store, and good food. A few of the employees can be replaced with friendlier and more approachable employees. Bakery items are most always great, BBQ meet fresh, and wonderful to go food.”
“This place is the definition of a hidden gem. Unbelievably amazing ramen everything is just right with flavor and spice. Very laid back aesthetic and service was wonderful. I ordered and highly recommend the spicy tonkotsu it was probably the best I have had in Los Angeles. Outside of the amazing ramen they have so much more to offer. I cannot gush over this place enough. If I could I would give it 6 stars out of 5 just for havingSapporo and asahi on draft on top of everything else.”
“Found this place because I get off work late and boiling crab is a pain in the ass when it comes to taking people an hour before they close. Anyways was having my monthly Cajun shrimp craving and yelp showed me this neat spot. I had the fisherman's lunch and I mean it when I say the seasoning is spot on and it was made with love. There was one guy doing everything and was apologizing because he had to finish making the last order to take mine. Broke my heart but I respect him for keeping the ship afloat. 10/10 must try at least once.”
“Can't say enough good things about this place. Almost tempted not to review. To keep it a secret! But this place doesn't need my review. Everyone knows this place is the best.”
“One of the best Cuban restaurant's I have had in a while. Everything was delicious and authentic.Came in on a Friday night just after 6pm. Party of 4, we sat right down and ordered appetizers, papa rellenas and empanadas cubanas and drinks, Cuban sodas and sangria.Everything took a reasonable amount of time taking into consideration that it was a little busy. The server was a little slow to check up but not so long that you felt forgotten.Dinner was ordered... Ropa vieja, Lechón asado, pan con bistec, yuca frita, yuca con mojo, moros and maduros were ordered and IT WAS ALL AMAZING. Portions were sizable and flavors on point. And of course cortaditos and flan for dessert. FANTASTICO!!Definitely will be back to try other dishes in the menu.Parking: Parking lot is shared with other businesses. If you go at night, parking should be considerably easier.”
“Made the best decision to go with Fresco's to cater my gender reveal party! They did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. Food arrived perfectly hot when though we were late 40 mins for pick up and was so delicious just like I expected. Their jalapeño cheese poppers were to die for, I was obsessed wasn't too spicy at all just perfect. Also loved their bow tie pasta and the salads were amazing in their own way. I can't wait to host another party and know that frescos is around! Also a great place to celebrate your special events here, cozy and family oriented place for sure. Thank you again will be back soon!”
“Went at about 7pm. Was lucky to find an available table. Service was fantastic. The bread is delicious but with it were more generous servings. Got the fish ceviche and lomo saltado. Chefs kiss. This place rarely disappoints.”

“The best pizza in La Crescenta that I have had. It is a little pricey but I would order again without hesitation. It is also an Arminian bakery. Technically they are in La Verdugo.”
“Omg this place is awesome! It is a perfect blend of simplicity, flavors and service. There's only one other place that I can remember, the tonkostu ramen being so rich and creamy not salty and that was in Washington DC. We also get the spicy crunchy tuna roll and that was excellent. I think the best restaurants make you want to make the trip back to enjoy them again, I'm coming back!”
“Small pizza place with top-notch pizza!I was in town for a couple days for work. Looked online for a highly-rated non-chain pizza place. Very pleased with this find. Would recommend it for everyone. If I'm back in this area, I'll be sure to stop by again.”
“Such a great place!!! The food was amazing! The staff is so friendly and polite. Super quick service. This banquet Hall was very clean and spacious with beautiful furniture. Thank you Alegro Banquet Hall for such a great party!! Definitely coming back!!”

“Lived here all my life and have never been. Decided to give it a try and get some food for the family. THE SOUP IS AMAZING! some of the best jjigae i've ever had. The Spicy Pork is great too. Can't wait to get ”
“This Thai spot is phenomenal. The owner cooks food that is authentic, plated beautifully, and unapologetically flavorful. Each bite is a time travel bomb that takes me back to the time I was gorging myself at street food vendor stalls in Bangkok. The location is within an office space area used for AA and community meetings. It comes across humble and the dining area is separate from the actual community building space. The tables are clean and extremely well kept. The owner clearly pays attention to detail when it comes to maintaining her dining area and silverware/cutlery. The owner herself is very accommodating and welcoming. She takes the time to answer questions about the menu and offers adjustments to spice levels if needed. She also cooks and serves all the food herself with the help of one other individual in the back kitchen, so patience is key but completely worth the time investment. The food was so outrageously delicious I didn't have time to take more pics the first time I went. It was so good in fact, I came back immediately the next day to try the crab fried rice pictured below. The serving sizes are generous and the spice and flavor is second to none. I'm so impressed with how high quality all the dishes are and everything tastes so impeccably fresh. Crab fried rice - the crab meat is legitimately fresh and generously portioned. The rice is well seasoned and the veggies mixed in with the egg are a perfect compliment to the crab. I really enjoyed this dish and it comes with a side of spicy seasoning sauce you can add to kick up the heat a notch. Crying Tiger - not pictured below, but man what a stand out dish. The flavor of the rib eye pieces are so well balanced and the dipping sauce for the meat is so distinct it really adds depth to the rice and salad accompaniments. I really enjoyed the dressing on the salad as well, and the amount again did not disappoint. I have nothing but overall praise to give this place and I know I will be frequenting this spot often for the foreseeable future.”
“A five-star dining experience combines exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and an exquisite ambiance, ensuring every meal is memorable and every detail is perfection.”
“A wonderful sushi restaurant, they have some creative drink and sushi roll options. The salmon carpaccio is a strong recommendation and I loved the firecracker spicy tuna appetizer.”

“I went a long time ago and it was just alright to me (coming from NYC and the famous BECs). But I gave it another shot when I moved here and wow, it did not disappoint. The sandwich was very filling and the egg yolk was very, very orange. This is a good thing and speaks to the quality of the egg. The egg was also perfect insofar as the yolk structure was preserved when placed into the sandwich and melted over the sandwich upon biting. The truffled hash browns were also a highlight; it takes the McDonald's hash brown and turns it up to 11.There is an imitator restaurant in Berlin called "44 Brekkie" which, while cheaper and with EU-standard ingredients, is nowhere near as good. 44 Brekkie presents itself as more of a cafe, but the sum of its parts is still not as good as Eggslut. My only issue with Eggslut is that the food is quite expensive and therefore not good for a daily occurrence.Vegetarian options: It's very easy to turn any dish here into a vegetarian one. Vegan is probably much harder considering their usage of butter and heavy slant on eggs.”

Avignone's
“We went to a local event that wasn't great, so we had to look for another place to spend the night. And it was here! The bartenders are SO nice! They worked with us to make cocktails that were featured on the website but not quite in season yet. There's no kitchen for food, but you're allowed to bring take-out inside, and they recommended a local pizza place that delivers late in the night. Also that night the DJ was amazing!!! We were on the dance floor until our feet hurt (and we needed some Pizza). His ig is wrld.hero if you want to check what nights he's there! Would highly recommend ending (or starting???) Your night here if you're in the area! Good vibes all around.”
“Finds like this are why I value Yelp, and why I contribute. Absolutely excellent food. Excellent value! I forgot to take a pic of my chicken shawarma meal but never mind--it looked exactly like the restaurant's pics. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, chopped and served over rice. The hummus was wonderfully garlicky and the salad was fresh. All of it was fresh and just so good. The server (counter service) was super friendly and even gave me a small ice cream soft serve to help me pass the ten minutes while I waited for the food prep. The space isn't anything special--really just designed for counter service and takeout but they do have a table and a few stools if you want to eat there. I brought it back to my hotel and it was still hot and fantastic. I am in this neighborhood every few months and will definitely return.”

818 Chicken
“Oh my God, you guys! It's like Aziz Ansari once said, 'Treat yo' self!' And that's exactly what I do at 818 - the late-night savior of my hunger pangs! Picture this: it's 10 PM in Glendale, and everything else is snoozing, but not 818, oh no! They're like the Batman of restaurants, always there when you need them. Their chicken? It's like a high-five in your mouth! Crispy, juicy, and totally kosher – it's like they're frying up happiness. And the staff? Superheroes in aprons, I tell you! They guide you through the menu like a tasty treasure map, helping you discover culinary gold. Hungry for a pressed chicken sandwich with a twist? They've got you covered. Craving their signature chicken sandwich with that crunchy coleslaw and tangy pickles? Boom, your taste buds are in for a party! This place isn't just a restaurant, it's my culinary soulmate. Always open, always awesome. So, go on, treat yo' self and check them out!”
“This restaurant gives amazing service and delicious menu. The best restaurant ever. The food arrived fast and the prices were fair. Will definitely recommend this spot.”
“I...love this place! I'm Italian-American, and this feels like the kind of place you might pull into while cruising the Italian countryside. The portions are generous, the food is fresh and delicious (I did the choose-your-own pasta), the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is next level—stained glass and candles!”
“I like this place. It's down a notch from what it represented during the height of the pandemic when it set the bar for a great neighborhood respite. But still solid, good food, good service for a fair price. No small thing in LA area.”
“Food at Zankou's is always great. I love the garlic sauce and tri tip schwarma. However, this location has terrible parking, the workers can be rude, and I feel uncomfortable ordering here.”
“Very tasty Armenian food highly recommended nice waitress tasty salads and BBQ.Vegetarian options: Grilled eggplant and ?? Greek salads, hummus, mutabale and much more”
“Fish is grilled most of the time exactly right. Once it was overcooked but that is out of about 10 visits. The selection is very good, but fresh fish isn’t always available. The portions are medium or enough for most. The grilled zucchini could be better with fresh but the prices are reasonable.”
“We had ahi tuna salad, ceviche and chips, calamari and garlic bread for late lunch . Our server Melanie was very attentive and pleasant . My husband and I enjoyed our meal and the great customer service Melanie had given to us.”
“This is a healthy alternative if you eat out a lot. It's salad based, then they put in top ur choice of meat and sauces. Counter girl was very friendly. Large dining area. Paid parking on Brand Blvd.”
“Chicken, as always, delish. Love their coleslaw. Just a great place for great chicken. My friend had the fish n chips. He said they were great. Breakfast coming soon. Can't ”
“I’m giving it a five star on their Chili Verde burrito and plate. I’ve been coming here since 1989 and moved away in 94. When I’m in town for business I always come in for their Chili Verde. I’ve been know to bring a company car on a business trip and load up an ice chest with 3 more burritos to go and get home and eat one and freeze two.”

“I thought the food was great and the people were very friendly. Got the chicken kabob sandwich and had a great time! They brought out extra fries and some sweets on the house. The vibe inside is impeccable. Would go again!”
“Finally!! This location knows how to make a slider! My son is obsessed with Dave’s so we have visited many locations, even AZ and MI locations. Glendale knows that a slider should have coleslaw, some other locations have put such a small amount it’s like 5 pieces of slaw. Thanks for a great slider.”
“We went to All India Cafe for a date night and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the non-vegetarian dinner for two, cheese naan, nimbu panni, and hot chai tea! Everything about our dining experience went above and beyond our expectations. We especially loved the Bollywood dancing on the TVs inside. Very excited to come back soon.”

“Now for Glendale and Mexican Dishes. This is one of the very few places you will find authentic Mexican Quality food. The prices are very reasonable. Very small hole in the wall kinda place. Service..... well, they try. I think that they are tiered from working long hours every day. So I give them a pass . U can appreciate there hard work to get you some good dishes.”

“I'm always able to find fresh produce, friendly cashiers, overall clean store, and good food. A few of the employees can be replaced with friendlier and more approachable employees. Bakery items are most always great, BBQ meet fresh, and wonderful to go food.”
“Good food, they charge for every little thing like if you want a little hummus in your wrap. But otherwise is seems reasonably priced. The place next door was having an event and people were smoking outside. Was annoying because we were sitting outside, but that is not the fault of the owners of this place.Vegetarian options: They have falafel and grilled veggies. Falafel were ok, chicken is much better. But obviously chicken is not veggie.Parking: Glendale can suck for parking. There’s a city lot nearby. Will cast you $1.50/hour.”
“We came in on a Thursday and it was a slow day, lucky for us!(: and Maria was the best hostess and made our micheladas so special with so much love! The hot Cheeto fries are fire and you have to get atleast one taco! ?✨”
“We were surprised just how good the food and the service was here!! The hummus was some of the best we've ever had and every single dish was fresh and flavorful. Our wait staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here again!!”
“This may be my new favorite tiki/sports bar! What a combo and I am here for it! I am really not sure what this bad it trying to do, but I hope they stick around.Anthony and the other bartenders are great! The drinks are tasty!! Those dumplings though... Who would have thought they would be that good? Glad I tried them! Will be trying more of them!!They have plenty of TVs. They are all working and they have sound!”

“This is not a restaurant, is this is only for party's. Hire them for your birthday party's. All different party. Great food, great service. ONLY FOR EVENTS CALL THEM!!!!”
“You will find a lot of pleasure in this place of unique tastes and exotic discoveries (for example, jam made from pine cones). Pelmeni, traditional Russian dumplings, can be fully served with smetana (sour cream) and bread. It is a pretty affordable place to learn something new about food from other countries. There is a diverse range of products and food (rare candies, mushrooms, fish, caviar, etc.); vegans and omnivore can find their preferences here.”

“This is another SoCal pastry special that we don’t have in the Bay Area — so everytime I’m in LA, you know the last stop that I have to go to, is Porto's Bakery in Glendale. They are known for their warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The bustling bakery is always filled with happy customers enjoying their delicious treats, adding to the lively and cheerful vibe of the place. Their dedication to providing outstanding hospitality adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your visit, making it a memorable and pleasant experience.Food 5/5 One of the main attractions at Porto's Bakery is their mouthwatering pastries that are simply irresistible. “This is the first time I see a Vietnamese person working as a manager, very agile and enthusiastic. First time coming here to buy chicken to drink and I'm addicted ”
“I stopped in here to wait for the traffic to die down and I'm so glad I found this place. I was so hungry that I didn't take any pics, but everything I had including each one of the side dishes was awesome. They were extremely flavorful and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here. The service was phenomenal as well and I loved listening to the Korean music while pigging down on my food. You definitely might want to try this place out if you like Asian food. Wish I had a place like this near where I live. ?”
“Most authentic Lebanese restaurant in LA. I've tried everything from the raw kibbe to all the fishes and the lamb shank. Nothing disappoints and everything I try is just amazing.”
“Our server Latanya was the best server I ever had in my entire life. She sold us on everything and the food and drinks were all soooo great !!! Coming from Canada we will definitely be back !”
“Food was delicious and service was good.Warm bread with butter, green sauce and ranch dressing was delicious. We ordered Saltados with Chicken, which was very flavorful. El Gran Combo rice was very good. Platanos Fritos & beans were good too. I tried Chicha Morada (purple corn drink) for the first time. Really liked it.Dining area was clean. Good music piping through speakers.Bathroom needed cleaning...there was urine on the floor and smelled of urine.Parking: Metered street parking for all the businesses in the area. Can be difficult to find a spot nearby.”
“Didn’t like the French toast but everything else tasted great! The pancakes were amazing. Portions are a bit big but that’s expected. Overall great brunch place.”
“Probably my 3rd time to visit. Never fails to please. Everyone seems happy working there.. and the food is amazing... well, I mean, the stuff Ive ordered is amazing.. cant validate the entire menu yet...”
“We enjoyed an evening at MYA Rooftop. The rooftop was cozy due to the many outdoor heaters they had, thank you. Nice Glendale views ...we had spent the day at the Norton Simon Museum so it was a perfect spot to enjoy a very well balanced meal. Service was smooth, Noah did a good job + the whole staff and ambience was sweet.”
“Food is good, service is o.k. you have to flag a waiter or server for whatever you need. Not a big deal but when you pay a lot of money for food, the service should follow suit.”
“Our absolute go-to spot, no matter the day or time. The quality-to-price ratio and speedy service are on point. Been a regular, enjoying their food twice a week for a year now, and no plans of switching it up!”

“We had a fine dining experience at Katsin restaurant. Food was delicious, creatively chosen menu, service was very good, entertainment made our dining festive. Thank you to chef for such creative and unique dishes. Will come back again to celebrate high taste and service of very caring staff.”
“Since moving to the area, we've had a lot of challenges with the food offerings. This place is a oasis in a food desert. So grateful! Try the hams, all the hams. The veggie was solid too.”
“I’ve been here at least 5 times now since it’s opened and I’ve got to say the food has been fresh and delicious each time. Golden original is a must get every time. The potato wedges are also fried very well and different than other places. My only gripe is that the sauce options are odd since some flavors can only go on certain cuts. Why can some wing flavors be on the normal chicken?”
“The main dishes are great, but the fried won ton strips are always too greasy, like the oil wasn't hot enough when they were frying and the sweet sauce they serve with them always has a moldy taste.”
