The staff at this location are so sweet and kind. When my order got a little backed up, they refunded me as a courtesy (which was completely unexpected and I never would have even asked for that). When we were leaving, they wouldn't even let us clean up after ourselves and told us they were happy to take care of it. Such a surprisingly nice experience here.
I usually like Mendocino Farms but this location has some operations issues. Pros: + Everyone enjoyed their food, especially the Vegan Banh Mi and Caprese chicken sandwich. Cons: - There were a lot of staff standing around but the kitchen seemed very slow. Even with a less than half full restaurant it took around 22 minutes to get our food. One of the best salads i've ever had in my life goes to Mendocino farms! Not only was it the best but they brought it out to me in 5 minutes which i thought was amazing for how busy they were! Would really recommend!
