Great food fast and great service
Super high quality entrees, served in a pleasant atmosphere with wonderful service and attention to detail.
I am a Rafi fan for many years, so after returning after our five months European Tour, Rafi was the first place we went to.
Sadly, I was underwhelmed this time. First, the four of us ordered three glasses of water and a Coke - and received three cokes and one water. As we mentioned it was the other way around, the waiter shrugged and left my wife - the only Coca-Cola drinker on the table - with three cokes, bringing us water, and charging her for three cokes later.
