I had never eaten fresh pretzels so I got treated to the cinnamon sugar bites here. It came out very warm, and was very soft. They were extremely generous with the sugar and cinnamon, but it was too sweet for me. Couldn't eat more than two at a time. This would be a 4.5 stars in flavor alone, but I couldn't believe it costed $10 for one serving - I could eat a whole meal with that much money. I wouldn't buy it myself.
The cashier Lizbeth A. is extremely rude. I ordered cinnamon pretzels bites and asked her if she could lightly sprinkle cinnamon on the bites but before I could finish she cut me off saying, "anything else".

It has been years since I had a pretzel so I decided to get one while I was returning stuff at the Glendale Galleria. Pretzels are still as good as I remember from years ago.
