“The taste is very authentic and home-cooked. There is no taste of MSG or chicken essence. It is very natural food. There are no additives or anything that does not meet the natural conditions. It is worth recommending, even in the entire greater Los Angeles area. Said to be a unique and very healthy restaurant. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the best taste I have tasted in the United States. If this restaurant were in Los Angeles, I believe it would attract the support of many people. This tastes much better than many of those Internet celebrity restaurants. I recommend everyone around you who wants to eat delicious Chinese food to try it. Please believe that as someone who has eaten food from all over China, I am not a gourmet, but I can still recommend it to food lovers!“
“Hey yelpers: Regresando a llevando a las visitas y las cosas que quieren comer xD, tocó Panda Express (no es de mis lugares favoritos) pero esta vez estuvo rico y no estuvo tan lleno .. La visita quedó encantado del lugar, es lo importante pero sentí tan gel que no tuvieran Hielo , gente hace mucho calor es necesario tener bebidas frías o mínimo mucho hielo. Sin más de momento la atención fue muy buena“
“I have been to this restaurant many times but I finally got around to writing a review. Everything tonight was wonderful as always. Their Dan Noodles are so tasty. The cubed beef can't be beat. The au chou was superb. The atmosphere is charming and friendly. The wait staff very friendly and helpful. I would go again and again. They've never disappointed. If you want good Chinese food in Santa Barbara this is the place for you. Don't miss it. Terrific!!!!“
“Wow! What a find in Santa Barbara for delicious Chinese food. The service is friendly and personal by owner chef Dani. The hot chili oil and Bao are made by her and are worth a trip by themselves. Lots of healthy choices for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. Sorry no photos, too delicious to take time for them!“
“Great dive bar! Has a cool atmosphere and the building and restaurant has a lot of history. The service was pretty good, our drink orders were taken right away. As it got later it got really busy and service was a little slower but it made sense. We both ordered the boo boo kitty and it was delicious, more alcohol forward and not overly sweet, just how we like it“
“Madam Lu Chinese restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant in all the land. All of the land that I've been to anyway, which notably does not include China. But I would put Madam Lu Chinese food up against Chinese Chinese food (in China) any day. And them ants on the tree sure are spicy.“
“Whoever rate this restaurant underneath a 4 or 5 I suggest them to consult a medical professional for mental illnesses. The owners is from China and as a Chinese person myself, their food is the most bussing bussing shit I ever had in IV (maybe also sus bowl but they r overpriced) Although it's self serve, it's very authentic. Xi jingping approves.“
“Decided to try this place out last night - Got the pork chow mein to-go and I like how they packed in the food to make sure the customers get a worthy meal. I like how the menu has such a diverse menu that you typically wouldn't see in IV otherwise. My only concern was that there was a small hair in my chili oil packed to go, which was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise, i want to come back and try some of their other dishes!“
“I really enjoyed the dinner I had. When you walk in there is a sign noting they are short staffed but despite that they make you feel welcome and service was very attentive. Our server had a great sense of humor as well. The beef and broccoli was delicious. The honey walnut shrimp was tasty as well but a bit too much sauce for my preference. Portions are plentiful and filling. You can order a side of rice which we did to pair with our meals. Overall we had a great time here!“
“I've been there previously for take out when working in Goleta. This time we went to dine in. Small casual place. After we were seated I notice several diners were regular and knew the staff and each other. One can find "real" Chinese dishes , along with Americanized favorites. Not too hungry so we ordered the won ton soup and chicken chow fun to share Both were good and comforting. (Remembered to take photo after soup was gone and chow fun partially eaten). Staff was friendly and food came out fast. Only minus was the tea was not hot enough“
