“Tried it for the first time last week, had the spicy beef noodle soup with knife-cut noodles and the soup dumplings. My friend had the spinach ramen noodles in miso broth. I would say overall the food is pretty good. The spicy beef noodle soup was not very spicy and the noodles seemed a bit dry. But I took home my leftovers, added some red pepper and by that time the noodles had soaked in more of the broth and were plumper and chewier, so it was good. The soup dumplings were good though you have to ask for all the condiments (vinegar, ginger, chili oil) as they only had soy sauce out on the counter. I will be back to try their other items. Since it is hard to find these more regional types of Chinese food here in Ventura County, I would say it's a good place among what's offered here. Not as good as those in San Gabriel Valley or even South Bay areas of L.A., but for Ventura County, this would be one of my go-to places for soup dumplings and handmade noodles.“
“Went here for the first time today, I was greeted and welcomed upon arrival which was nice. The waitress was very sweet. Off the bat, they have a wide variety selection of foods on the menu which I thought was great! The foods are not overpriced, I believe they are priced very well! As the appetizer, my friend and I got the Wonton stars which were rich in flavor and sweet. They came out very fresh and hot! It came with sweet and sour sauce. I got the Singapore Style Noodles which were rich in flavor, when she brought the dish you could smell the curry scent which I loved. We also got the Mandarin ribs which was my favorite dish out of all. It had a sweet BBQ flavoring that left you wanting more. They have cute decorations around the place as well. I am glad that I found this place, I will be coming back for more!“
“This Panda is by far and very consistently better than any other Panda locations I've ever tried. I have no clue how they do it, but every time I come here to try my favorite orange chicken or something new ... the flavor is amazing. I highly recommend it.“
“I've been to this location 4 times and each time I've had a great experience. For the price, the food quality, the variety, the taste and the service have been great. I'm always welcomed when I enter and the restaurant is always clean. Some of the best American Chinese food available at this price. Andrew and Peggy you'd done an excellent job!“
“Dry sautéed eggplant Pork xiao long bao Chong Qing special chicken Wonton in spicy sauce Service can get a little tight as they get busier. A certain waiter can do with better customer service but after that, he serviced our table fine. This is not your average Chinese spot, so come in with a hearty appetite. Food here is one of a kind in Ventura County, that's for sure! Loved their dry sautéed eggplant and chong Qing spicy chicken. Note that they close from 3pm-4:30pm“
“Came here for the first time with my husband the other day. The food was absolutely amazing. Good size portions. Also, yummy cocktails. The waitress really knew how to make a good one. Also, I am very pleased with the excellent customer service we received. The food was good, the service was amazing, and our waitress was so friendly and prompt. We will definitely be returning customers.“
“Solid place for a variety of Chinese food flavors and dishes; came here twice in a week, preferred their EZ takeout ordering online, then pick up to eat at home. Good quality and wide menu for meats, seafood, veggies, noodle and rice dishes, appetizers plus dim sum (on wkends). Casual ambience, friendly service (efficient but slower) and moderate pricing. Overall 3.5+ rating for good eats. Expect to pay $13-15pp for lunch specials, or $15-25pp for dinner. Indoor dining has 15-20 booths/tables, so if busy mealtime hours, there may be a wait. Today we tried a few Dim Sum dishes to start - our fave was the steamed pork soup dumplings, tasty! Also a big fan of their Mu Shu Pork ... meat, veggies and egg stir-fried then wrapped in warm pancake wrapper served with Hoisin sauce - delicious! Can't find this dish very often, so i enjoyed it both times ordering food here. Plenty to choose from on the menu, and they also have luncheon specials that come with soup/salad/app during afternoon hours. Decent spot if you're craving some Chinese food, and not looking for a fast food restaurant. Enjoy!!“
“I'm from NYC and was craving for Pork Fried Rice with Boneless Spare Ribs. The lady at the counter looked at me if I was crazy... Then realized Boneless SR is a North Eastern Dish (cause Florida doesn't serve it either unless it's NY Style Chinese ?)Anyways, instead of BSR, I had their chicken Teriyaki.Omg, it was so good with the Pork Fried Rice... But also realized they serve Large portion for 2-3 people ?Had dinner lunch and dinner again from the amount I gotten for $28Absolutely recommended it. And if your from the Northern East Coast like NY, yeah... You won't find Boneless Spare Ribs ??Also they are remodeling, so only take outside for now“
“My sister and I phoned ahead with 2 separate orders for pick up. Orders were ready upon pick up so it was effortless in and out of the restaurant as our orders were already waiting on the counter. In and out as pick up orders should be! Will return when craving noodles“
“If it helps, I’m a local and I like This place in my opinion, better than the blue elephant or MandarinAs far as food quality, portion, pricing and service.Super nice people and that leads me to believe they carry that niceness into the food preparation.“
