“Driving through town, we needed a bite and want to thank all you 5-star reviewers of Spoon Trade for steering us here because the food was fantastic! It was a busy Saturday afternoon and we got one of the last tables available. Super friendly service straight away and a great vibe all around. Very interesting menu! A diner for foodies. Wife had the vegetarian Tikka with a side sausage patty, which she loved, and my son had the Benedict, which of course I tasted via dad tax and it was rich and yummy. I was going to get the chicken and waffles, which looked delicious on other people's tables, but opted for the duck noodle soup, which was a tasty ramen. It was on the pricy side, but everything was such great quality, original recipes, and made to order. We look forward to visiting again!“
“Excellent beer, and they really know how to make you feel at home! The staff here were the warmest and most welcoming people, and even though it was my first time going I was made to feel as though I was a regular. The moon dormie was the best blonde ale I have ever tasted, so naturally I had to take a crowler home. Will be going back when I’m in the area!“
“Excellent sandwich (they have tasty Dutch Crunch rolls), friendly service, and they went above and beyond with the extra little things (a pickle on the side + complementary cookie for dessert) that created to an overall amazing experience. Our new favorite local sandwich spot. We will be back!!“
“My wife and I first found Monarch Grove on a trip to Pismo Beach searching for local wineries. We found their Groupon deal and paid a visit, which we were utterly charmed by. We love the proximity to the Amtrak station, the delicious, fruit-forward flavor of their wine, and how they are a small, local operation. We soon joined their membership club and ordered their wine all the way back to Los Angeles for our wedding, which our guests absolutely loved. We'd absolutely recommend Monarch Grove.“
“Wonderful and beautifully decorated coffee shop serving delicious coffee drinks . They also serve breakfast and lunch. Try out the eggs dishes or grab a delicious sandwich with your salad.Owner is always there so be sure and say hi.These coffee drinks are tons better than Starbucks!“
“Easily the BEST brewery in the 5 cities!! They've been around for a while and I can certainly understand why! Their beers are tasty. Food is delicious. Staff is so friendly. They have great deals basically every day of the week. And the atmosphere just feels like you're chilling in your backyard with good people. Love this place and will certainly be back!“
“My favorite coffee shop in the 5 cities area! I live in Shell Beach, but I drive past the other coffee shops to come to Red Bee.The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, the chai tea is amazing and homemade, and all of the baked goods are made in house.I LOVE this place and I love the staff and the owner!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly“
“Lil Bits but not lil portions! The breakfast was delicious! You get plenty of food and quickly. The service was great. They have a lot of choices for breakfast. Home made salsa and jam, bomb!! It’s a small place but we had no problem getting a seat.“
“A perfect inexpensive lunch stop after walking on the beach! Clean, bright, and friendly. Wife enjoyed a tuna melt with fries and ranch dressing.Charming Melissa recommended their signature gyros on corn tortillas, 3-servings, spicy. I was very satisfied. Recommend!“
“Had dinner at Fins a couple of nights ago with my family. What an awesome experience! Miriam was our server. She was super friendly and gave us awesome recommendations. Great drinks, great food and awesome service. The Blackened Sea Bass was by far the most amazing dish I’ve tried in this area. You have to try the clam chowder with their seafood topping and garlic bread! We definitely can’t wait to come back and try more amazing dishes while enjoying live music at our new favorite spot.“
“Crab soup was wonderful. Scallops were fine/nothing special. The purple sweet potatoes were pureed and tasted like snotty, runny baby food. The swordfish served with bordelaise sauce didn't work. The crabcake lillikoi pepper jelly was way too overwhelming.Sadly disappointed.“
