“I visit once a month just to load up on the awesome rice and other tasty Mexican food. Service is phenomenal, the cashier is very friendly. Happy to have a picnic under the shade. When dining there. Inside seating is not available and they are still very diligent with Covid regulations that's why I give them 5 stars“

“The food, service, and ambiance at this small town restaurant are all exceptional!! Great Mexican food at good prices. It's clean, neat, and nicely decorated. We have been here twice in the last month. My only regret is that the servings are so big that I haven't been able to try the fried ice cream dessert!! Maybe next time!“
“First off let’s talk about the customer experience lolThey provide a heater when it’s cold. They have a tv there. They have a full overhang awning thing. Bathroom close by. They have little buzzers that notify you if you want to wait in your car or you can call ahead. Food can be pricey but worth it. Recommend 10/10. Sorry I ate half of my burrito since it was so good. You get the point. They accept card or cash. They also have vegetarian options.Vegetarian options: They have this option lol“
“This place has really good Mexican food, with well seasoning meats and it's easy to be noticed off the hwy 33 as your getting into gustine.Need to return back here as it's got a lovely atmosphere, and plenty of parking.Parking: There's a grave parking lot around itKid-friendliness: Very kind“
“I am a picky eater, and they ALWAYS get my complicated order correct! They are reasonably priced and offer cold fountain drinks or bottles drinks. Their chips are fresh, crisp and go well with any menu item you order. The chicken, seafood and meats are cooked well everytime. You can do phone orders too! I just love this place!“
“I think this is one of the most underrated Mexican restaurants in the area. Customer service is always Superb. The little girl running the counter is the sweetest. You can tell it's her first job. The poodle and menudo are the best. Everything I've tried is great!“
“Came to visit family in Newman and tried this establishment for the first time today. Had the best tasting quesabirria tacos and the rest of my family enjoyed the menudo. My mom is the pickiest eater and usually finds fault with almost every meal eaten out. Not at this place though. She absolutely loved the homemade menudo and tortillas. Definitely recommend and look forward to tasting the rest off here menu. Side note, ask for the agua de pepino with chia, very good!“

If you’re vegetarian or vegan there are options or accommodations that can be made.Vegetarian options: I like their vegetarian burrito with fresh avocado substituted for the guacamole, light on the onions. It goes well with their chips and salsa and a Corona.“
“Just stopped here for lunch. Got the shrimp combo plate, and my mom got the chicken burrito. The food was really good and fresh and the salsa was nice and spicy. Loved the homemade tortillas. The lady that helped us was very friendly. I'd stop here again if I'm traveling by.“
