El Bukanas is a Mexican café in Hacienda Heights. The food is amazing, fresh, and delicious. The broth is rich and flavorful without being too spicy. Menu options include posole, tortas, tacos, burritos, and a tortas Milanesa. The homemade horchata, Spanish latte, and Mexican hot chocolate are very good. The 99¢ tacos are packed with flavor and a great deal. Service is friendly, excellent, and fast. One restaurant worker provides exceptional service with warm greetings and a friendly demeanor. The place is very clean with happy music, a great ambience, and lots of tables. Prices are fair. Food can take a while to prep, but each dish tastes made to order. A must check out for Mexican food.
