I got a combo plate and unlike other Japanese restaurants I actually got beef that was properly cooked. “Came here Sunday, with my partner as she wanted to grab a seafood boil. Coming inside seems pretty chill moderate noise where you can hear everything around but still can be able to converse with the people sitting at the table with you. Anyhow we got the combo for two with snow crabs and crawfish and add headless shrimp to the mix as well boiled eggs.
We got the appetizer which were chicharrón , gumbo and chicken tenders as well 6pc raw oysters.

The chicharrón came out first which to me 7/10 had a lot of Chili seasoning bit sour but crunchy

Second that came was the gumbo 9/10 flavorful as well was good with the chicharrón

Then came the seafood boil that came in the bags but what was forgotten was the boiled eggs we got them after a couple bites into the seafood. 9.5/10 definitely flavorful and the medium spice is not to spicy to have ur nose runny and unbearable to eat

Then came the raw oysters wish they did it steam tho would have made it great honestly. But it was still decently good.

The drinks I got an Arnold Palmer but that had to be the most awfullest drink I’ve ever had. Idk if it’s the machine or what it is but it was just disgusting
The orange Fanta my gf had taste carbonated.

Overall it was a good experience beside the drinks, but they also provide you these tokens to play at the claw machine and if u win a stuff you have it added to ur plate which was what I was told by my gf.

“This place was referred to me by a co-worker, since I don’t know the area very well. What a great referral the pizza is like you build it how you want, but with an old skool pizzeria. It isn’t like Pieology. They have canned soda drinks, or two liter bottle soda, no alcohol. Vito the guy who made my pizza to perfection was telling me they have a really good Sunday BBQ from ribs, Tri-tip, 1/2 chicken, etc. They are only open in the evening hours, and the pizza is good size portion. Their small is the size of most mediums at other places. I highly recommend this place. A little more in price, but well worth the fresh ingredients and they won’t take tips.”

“lovely korean cafe with delicious drinks and food!! they have free wifi as well as clean bathrooms. the atmosphere is amazing, there is the indoor section and an outdoor section (which is covered) and it feels magical. the staff were very friendly as well and the food and drinks came out within a few minutes. they also have some gifts you can buy. i had the strawberry axe and the korean corn dog, and both were amazing!! it’s also a perfect place to study, as there is plenty of seating!”

“Super tasty entrees all around. The beef brisket casserole was jam packed with flavor and super tender (melted in our mouths). The shrimp patties were super juicy and the perfect appetizer. The beef tripe noodles were beefy yet light. The surprise hit was the sweet and sour fish! Crispy and sweet, it was a great entree that was recommended by our waitress. Very friendly staff. Clean establishment. They even had a menu for the Quickly next door. Although I have to recommend their iced tea. Tasted all natural and refreshing. We will be returning!!”

The quality was definitely better before, maybe a different cook? Not sure. They're still good but not as they used to be. Service is always good, the staff are friendly and attentive. “Local Hit! Authentic flavors and a huge menu with pictures. It makes it really difficult to make a selection since it all looks so good. We usually visit once a week but this week we have been here twice. My husband loves the Tacos Dorados. They are filled with tender and flavorful shredded beef. The menudo and pozole on weekends is good and the chorizo con huevo is my favorite. The little dining area is kept clean and the salsa bar is kept cold.”

“We are lucky that if you dine during the lunch time, the rice is free. Or else you need to order the rice separately. The rice portion is big, however, one of the rice bowl contains the VERY BOTTOM of the rice pot. (See my picture). I don't think that is the right and professional way to serve a customer with that portion of the rice. Therefore, that deducts a star for this restaurant.

The service is good and the atmosphere is standard.

In conclusion, the prices for this restaurant are a bit high in my opinion. I will ONLY come back if the 20% off discount continues.”

“All the food tastes pretty good, especially the kung pao chicken. It all came out pretty fast, except for the wonton soup. Everything also came for good prices. The fried chicken was a bit oily though, and a few of the dishes were salty too, like the fried calamari and fried chicken. We ordered from the lunch special choice which was one appetizer plus two pretty large plates. Overall, it was a very nice meal.”

“Sganghailander Palace (上海灘), 1695 S Azusa Ave, Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 was our first visit. This Chinese restaaurant was quite upcale and the environ was attractive, clean and pleasing. The waitng staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was one of the few times in a Chinese restaurant, we were served by changing plates and giving us new and clean plates at least 5 times.
Good and excellent customer service.
Fo9d was excellent, tasty, fresh, great flavors.
The grand chef can always serve different food with a unique and tastemy flavors.
That is the attractive and distinctive draws for picky and choosy customers.
The seafood was very good: lobster, shrimps, fish, oysters and claims. Excellent flavors.
The dessert was also very tasty.
