Service was prompt and food came out fast. Unfortunately, the ribeye teriyaki plate didn't measure up and tasted aged, and not in a good way, but they removed it from the bill with an apology.Parking: Adjacent to the restaurant
Good place to go for Americanized Japanese food. Lots of teriyaki dishes and specialty rolls. Would recommend the combination plates as you get a good amount of food. Sushi is pretty basic. Great for large groups especially if people don't eat sushi. Service was average as our server disappeared a lot. If you are looking for authentic Japanese food, then this is not the place for you.

I have been going to Tokyo Lobby for over 35 years. The San Gabriel Tokyo Lobby closed in 2014, so we have to drive out to Hacienda Heights. We go out that way once every 3 months to get a haircut in Walnut. We usually have the lunch special. E special - teriyaki beef and teriyaki chicken, tempura. #2 special - CA roll, teriyaki beef and tempura. All meals come with salad, soup and rice. Nice large portion.
