“Taco Tuesday! Great prices for tacos on Tuesdays. There's a huge variety of seafood tacos and burritos, but there are also non-seafood options. The fish tacos were super yum! The chicken burrito was also tasty and filling. There are six 2-person tables that line one side of the shop and 2 booths that can fit six persons each. Before 7pm, the shop was empty with a few take away pick ups. After 7pm, however, the shop was full and seats were scarce. The lady taking the orders was super nice and helpful. Spanish and English. Shared parking in the strip mall.“

“When I get very hungry I go to Jack in the Box for a snack or a meal depending on my appetite. I like coming to Jack in the Box for the food,shakes,breakfast and many other things I like about. “Family owned and operated truck located in Boyle Heights / East LA area that specializes in tacos arabes and goodies from Puebla in general. The tacos arabes were a result of Lebanese immigrants to the area and boy are they delicious. I came here later on a Thursday night so it wasn't very busy and it was pretty chill. Just a few other people around me. The folks here were friendly and helpful. I ordered:A taco arabe especiale- their signature taco with their marinated roast pork on this soft flower tortilla. This was topped Oaxacan cheese and slices of avocado (especiale). There was this chipotle sauce on top of everything. The sauce added some smokiness to an already great flavor and texture profile. I really liked that flour tortilla. Quesadilla de flor de calabaza - zucchini blossoms with melted Oaxacan cheese inside a blue corn tortilla. Love corn and I love this. “Just finished eating here. Everything was DELICIOUS. Everyone is so welcoming, and make sure you're well taken care of. ? The food was beyond my expectations. As a Mexican and home cook, this place exceeded my expectations, and my taste buds were beyond happy. The spicy sauce actually had a great kick ?. The menu is simple, but it doesn't need anything else. The Aguas frescas had just the right amount of sweetness. They were actually refreshing, I only wish some ice was added. “4+ Considered one of the best by many or at least one of the most popular taco spots in Los Angeles. They have a good variety of items and meats, but I would say they are most known for their al pastor (marinated, spit-roasted pork that is usually served with a slice/ chunk of pineapple). The service here is pretty efficient since they have to be - there's almost always a line. The vibe: depending on the time of day or night you come, it's usually a mixed group of people wanting to try this spot, people eating after a drinking session, or just people looking for decently priced tacos. One of the times I was here, I was standing behind Dante Basco (Rufio!), haha. Usually a fun vibe for sure. My usual here is two tacos (typically the al pastor) and a mulita. It used to be that there was a toppings and salsa bar where you would dress up your food. Not sure if it's because of the pandemic or people taking advantage and taking too much stuff home, you now have to go to a separate window to ask for the toppings and salsa and they're individually packaged. I definitely think this place is worth going for the al pastor. I myself have been here multiple times. Parking can be tough, but if you are going during the week there's usually parking along the street facing south on LA Brea right around the corner. Just be careful though as it is a relatively high traffic area and some people seem to drive recklessly in this area.“

“Love their tacos and burritos! It's right next to my work and they usually setup by 3pm so we can get early dinner with the team. I usually get the carne asada and el pastor tacos + burrito. If I ask them mix (beef /pork) meat in the burrito there's $1 extra charge. Last time I didn't have an extra dollar so the amigo gave it to me for free. The meat is little bit salty so don't put too much sauce! Love their grilled onions too and avocado sauce. Tacos $2.50 and burritos $10 as of February 2024.“

“Hands down, the best, best birria tacos I've ever had!!I've been eyeing this taco truck for the longest time when I was looking for birria tacos. I missed the chance to go from the last time I came by. Many other taco vendors also recommend this truck for goat birria tacos.We got some goat birria quesatacos, labio taco dorados, which were lips, asada vampiro, and of course, gotta get consome. Not many places have goat birria, and most of the time, they tend to be too dry. Those quesatacos were super tender, juicy, cheesy, and packed with tons of spices and flavors. Dipping in the beefy, hardy consome, game over. I've never seen beef lips before, so I gotta give a try. It got the texture of beef tongue, also quite delicious. “Without a doubt the best lunch truck in Cali!! Being a truck driver who has been coming to Cali for 30 years and have visted lunch trucks thru out the state makes me an authority on the subject.
