This food is so disappointing it is actually really bad. The chicken is overcooked and looks like it’s cooked in really dirty oil. Every time I try it it’s not good at all KFC and Taco Bell. I like these two places but not at this location! Will never go there again. Have had it a few times and each time I can’t even eat it. Highly recommend avoiding it. I think it needs to be shut down completely.

Weird drive thru rules. Only let one car order and drive up at a time.. you cannot place your order till basically no cars are in front of you even if you are at the order menu

Look never really complain but have no clue if the Bowls are supposed to come half filled but hardly get KFC and my bowls are barely even filled feel like a door dash order just curios didn’t have to be filled busting out but it really was

The chicken last night was so greasy and so over-cooked that you could barely bite into it. The complete meal was messy. Had to throw it away. Not edible. Wish I had taken a picture of it. Also no one on line. After waiting at first window and no employee, drove up the pick up window. Female employee refused to take my payment. Made me back up all the way to the first window. I paid by card, no signature or key in by me. Just handed me my receipt. Complete power trip by employee. 6:30pm on a Thursday night. No customers in line at all the entire time I was there. This restaurant is going down hill fast. My last visit a month ago was no good either. Crossing them off my list. I have been going there since they opened.

Worst customer service EVER, over charged me and didn't give me all items. Took two hours of calling to get anyone to answer. When I did the shift lead "Kevin" was extremely rude and told me I didn't order correctly. When I asked for a manager to call me back he hung up on me. Absolutely the worst place for fast food! Go ANYWHERE else!!'

Went to this location 12/4/2023, to get Taco Bell. I tell myself over and over that I'll never go there again, due to previous bad experiences. The person in front of me ordered and the employee advised them that they were out of lettuce. How can Taco Bell be out of lettuce? After hearing that I ordered a 3 piece crispy chicken meal. After eating the food my stomach gave me the blues. I was in the restroom off and on for the next few hours. Never again will I go to this location for anything!!!

Was debating on going in here because I haven't had a good experience but I went in with my son , there was only one employee and a home less in the lobby. Ordered my food the homeless was in and out of the restroom grossed me out . Then a second employee comes in with her daughter sits her in The lobby and proceeded to work talking to her from across the restaurant while attending costumers , the little girl is screaming that she's hungry and moms like okay. Food looked a day old so I only ate a piece got grossed out to eat the rest , gave it a chance told my son never again . Deserving of the 1 star this place has . Unprofessional, inappropriate and unappetizing.
Everything was fairly decent the service was pretty good and friendly.

Drive through took what felt like half an hour most I have ever waited I would’ve left if they weren’t quick to have you pay but take a disrespectful amount of time to give your simple order with just one car in front of me and they ask you to wait at the first window idk why either way the service is always rude and to top it off they missed something In our order so had to wait another 20 minutes this is not the first time this happens at this location will never come back and it’s sucks cause it’s the closest one but I am not wiling to risk them ruining my day when I just wanted a bowl!

Haven’t been told no we don’t have any of that sir so many times in my life from a fast food place at 6:10pm at night I could understand if it was 10:00 pm and they were all out that’s understandable but getting off of work less then a 15 mins ago to Try and get a basic family meal hahahah save your self some time go to Popeyes down the street . Who the hell gave them 3 stars ? Whoever’s managing this place didn’t know how to forecast at all . Lol

if i could give zero stars i would. we came in and stood in front of the register and zero service , zero acknowledgment, zero greeting, zero nada nothing. we left after 10 minutes of zero. no wonder this place has 1 star. horrible.
