I have never been disappointed with any Popeyes franchise until I chose this location in Highland , CA. It's on baseline off the 210 freeway. The Mac and cheese was awful! The cheese was not melted at all and the chicken was dry and cold. What a waste of time and money!

Aside from the long line, this is what they are now serving as the fries side for every meal, for the price id expect more. They used to give an appropriate amount a couple weeks back. Would you pay for this?

Was left waiting at the drive thru speaker for "200 seconds" according to the employee who took our order. Was told "And?" After begrudgingly taking my order he told us to wait another "second". We pulled up to the window and saw him roll his eyes and walk off. After waiting another long "200 seconds" we realized he was probably spitting in our food and drove off. For a fast food place less than a mile away from a much more respectful McDonald's, the staff sure does have a lot of audacity.March 14th, 6:30pm

The 5 flavored wings are all the same wings. They just splatter different flavorings on them .uch like dressing on a salad. I was somewhat disappointed. Also, had to wait a long time for the wings, to long.

My mom was told by a very rude service staff the other day that if she wanted to order in the lobby, there’s a wait of 1-2hrs as they only prioritize drive-thru and online orders only. What kind of fast food restaurant that takes 1-2 hours to serve a customer their food anyways? Worst place to get fried chicken ever! Avoid this place at all cost people!

My absolutely favorite place to come get chicken. But the last 3x I have came & 1 they have gotten my food wrong or the don't have chicken. Really no chicken. It's always about a 30 minute wait for chicken or Mac & cheese or anything really. The manager lady is always rude and is just nasty customer service. The gentleman at the window looked lost or confused. I asked for a bbq dip the the manager comes to the window and says that's all ok by and closes the window on me. Like why is she always rude. Hopefully others get a better experience than I have.

Popeyes in Highland is a joke. I ordered my food on their app and still waited 30 minutes once I arrived. When I receive my order they didn’t give me my drinks or my sauces. I had to go back into the restaurant and ask for them. When I got home I was missing 3 different items I paid for.when I call and spoke to the manager she told me she could not refund my money I would have to request it thru the app. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know this places sucks.
I was excited to try the new wings at Popeys but when we opened the to go box the wings were sitting in a puddle of oil. We couldn't finish them and my family felt sick after trying to eat a few.
