Employees here were great, I went through the drive through, and had to order to an AI drive thru attendant. The AI continually got my order wrong, and I was about to drive off and cancel my order, when a real employee came over the headset. She corrected the order and made sure they had my order correct. Good employee saved an order.
Went thru the drive-through. Haven't been to Carl's Jrb I n aost 15 yrs. I have to say the food didn't taste bad at all. Pretty good. Proces are medium. I'm not sure what others may think about what's expensive or not.

A very well kept franchise of Carl's Jr. My girlfriend and I get a craving for their food every once in a while and we always choose to sit down and eat when we visit!
