I go to this subway somewhat often. At other subways I have ordered ahead online and customized them in person however this is the first time I've ever heard of them not being able to toast my sandwich just because it wasn't on the order and I wasn't charged for it. I then proceed to go on the app and see if they charge you for toasting it and they don't. Why would any place charge for toasting something??
I visit this place often as I live nearby. They are always very polite and fast even when there is a lot of people. The only thing I can complain about is that sometimes there is a guy sitting outside with his dogs since I am allergic.
