“I apologize for not posting a picture of my sandwich, it didn't last long, but I can tell you this... this guy is a friggin' artist! I don't usually get excited over "just a dumb sandwich", AND I'm picky."No onions please. Hold the mayo. If I want vegetables I'll order a salad."Not here. Just give it to me how chef intended it! Some flavors hit quickly, some take time to creep up on you, some are subtle. Until now I've NEVER had a sandwich that had me analyzing what this or that flavor is, or had me talking about it 5 hours after eating it.Just eat here! “It has been a minute since I've been to the Renaissance Esmeralda here in Indian Wells. I'm not a big fan of the colossal golf/spa/resort complex of which this is a good example, but Goldenvoice puts people here for Coachella and Stage Coach so I've stayed here a couple times. This lobby espresso bar is new from last time, a welcome addition because I also got a room service breakfast from here (50) and it was capital P pathetic, so just send someone down here and get a coffee and whatever from this place and save yourself 40 dollars.Also this is one of those locations where leaving to go to Starbucks is a major production so having something serviceable in the lobby is great.“

“SOLID place for great food and perfect outdoor patio. One of the best scambled egg Breakfast Sandwiches I've had in a minute. Beautiful flakey croissant that held a grip of fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy smokey bacon! I washed it down with a nice hot americono. The warden ordered yogurt and berries with granola. She also had a vanella latte to drink. She reported everything to be exceptional. The service was excellent. It's a first come, first serve seating, and you order at the counter and then find a seat. Both food runners we encountered were extremely friendly and polite. We are locals, and we will be back!“

“Love the quickness, the atmosphere, the vibe, even the music (cafe friendly), and of course, the drinks are on par. I'm not sure if it's a branch off of Tea Be Honest but I am mostly going to come back for more. The lady that helped my fiance and I were very sweet and welcoming. “

“Originally we came for ice cream but when we noticed their turkey sandwich, so we got one to share. It exceeded our expectations. It was toasted and had all the fixings like tomato, lettuce, melted mozzarella cheese, bacon, chipotle Aioli on a sourdough bread. WE DEVOURED IT SO FAST, I'm sorry there isn't a picture to prove it. We also got a banana split and churros locos. A lot, I know but we shared and it was delicious.“

“I reserve my five-star ratings for a literal PERFECT experience. My first visit to the Palms Cafe this morning was amazing. There was plenty of seating available even though the place was busy. Our server was friendly and helpful, and got our entire order correct. The food arrived quickly (less than 5 minutes), and was cooked to perfection. The Belgian waffle was the best I have ever had, anywhere. It was crispy and fully cooked. The center was fluffy but not soggy. The has browns were also exactly what I expect when I order hash browns. Crispy, moist but not greasy, and served hot. In the past, most places I go to for breakfast serve hash browns that are dry, gooey, greasy, or in some cases - still frozen in places. The ambiance was nice with classic rock playing at a background volume, and everything was super clean. I will definitely return to The Palms Cafe very soon!“

“Best Food! My friend and I had breakfast here the second weekend working Coachella and made sure we came back the work weekend of Stagecoach! Fresh amazing food with the most exquisite flavors. The coffees/lattes are refreshing and delicious. The wait is nothing compared to the place around the corner. We went around 9:30/10 am and beat the rush that came in about 11ish, however with the indoor and outdoor seating , waiting time wasn't too bad. They have half order options on most items and I absolutely love it !“

“We were staying at a hotel resort nearby that had mediocre coffee and we usually like to venture out and hit up local coffee shops because coffee just taste better than at a hotel. This shop has a nice location that faces San Jacinto mountains where you can set your gaze from their outside patio seating. The staff is friendly and nice. Avocado Toast was plentiful and it seemed like a whole avocado was used. What more can you ask for to start your day in the Palm Desert?“

“Big fan of their 9 grain bread. So many so-called whole grain breads taste like air. Not this one! Beautiful texture, aroma (!), and flavor. Their brownies are also dense, with real chocolate taste. Oh, and what I've wanted for years: a soft ginger cookie that actually tastes like ginger!“

“Goody's Cafes have been around forever. Besides this location they have one in Thousand Palms, Cathedral City, and I believe one or two other locations. The food here always tastes xlnt, and they use fresh ingredients. I have been eating at their locations longer then I can recall. So when in the desert definitely stop by.“

“Went through the drive-through as a quick stop before our 4 hour drive back home. The veggie burrito was great (I don't like vegetables but want to and thought I'd give it a try ?). However, when I asked for no egg on mine, they took the egg off both and left my hubby's veggie burrito without. He wasn't happy because he wanted the egg and was hungry soon after.Just be clear on what you want, and you should be good.“
