“The place was very dark but the food was a good portion size and served fresh. They also serve fresh baked goods and fruit with your meal. I would have to mention the drink were not the best made. I did not try any deserts as we went for brunch.“

“A friend and I stopped in here during a cross-country road trip based on the reviews. At first glance, the menu seemed a little new age as we're meat and potatoes type guys. We actually considered leaving but my buddy asked to taste the sauce for the creamy chicken, creamy rice dish and it was delicious. We would have done ourselves a disservice if we had left. It honestly turned out to be one of the best tasting meals I've ever had in my life. Staff was super friendly, restaurant was clean with nice decor. “Everything I ate here was amazing! We ordered the Tri-tip Sandwich that we ate there as well as a meat plate combo with BBQ Chicken. For sides we got Mac & Chesse (MUST HAVE!!!) and deviled egg potato salad (yum!). We ordered the 2 meat plate combo with BBQ Chicken and Tri-tip with baked beans (delish!) and more Mac & Cheese! The food was so good I ordered one more chicken bbq meat plate with double the Mac & Chesse! Trust me you'll thank me later! Service was also amazing and the place was clean with dope mural in the entrance!“

“So if the best sushi I've had outside of Los Angeles! Highly recommend if you want great food that is really fresh! Ordered the Tropicana roll and it had a perfect combo of sweet mango and cilantro on great tasting fish! The protein roll was spicy with jalapeños on top but was really fresh as well! The menu is full of great dishes and if you like Margaritas, the ladies will set you up nicely! Located in Old Indio, they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Just the finest quality ingredients in everything on their menu and the service is always superb. We drive an hour each way to visit Sloan's and it never disappoints. In this modern-day world of a "take it or leave it" attitude at many restaurants it's refreshing to find a restaurant who's staff actually care about their customers and take pride in offering a great product and a great value.
