“STOP!!! ALTO!!! This is your new Bakery here in hot ever growing City of Indio. I was hungry after my travels needed coffee & Tamales and sweet pan. I'm thrilled with my find, my cousins didn't even know about this Gem of a Bakery in town. You'll find excellent bakery choices & extras here. You'll also feel the warmth Welcoming of their staff (wondering why I was taking pictures) jejeje!! It's not a sit down, more of a take out but ambiance was cool & spacey. Tamales we're delicious and hot for my continued journey, buy one buy 1/2 dozen buy many for Now or Holidays! Parking was wide & available, so bring your "Troca" or Travel Bus.“

“My general tso was a hit, it tasted so damn good ? ? ? and was made to order so it was fresh guaranteed, my Styrofoam plate was almost burnt from the sizzling oil from the general and mixed with white rice I obviously dug it in the excess oil and Sriracha sauce, I will be coming back for their other items for sure.“

“First time trying this spot, we wanted something quick, found this place on Yelp, it wasn't to far from the house. Establishment is located in a shopping plaza next to Sears store. Walking in, there was few people sitting and eating, I was able to walk up and order. I got a plate with 3 opting , beef and broccoli, organelle chicken, and chicken and broccoli with any corn glazed with teriyaki sauce. The portions is plenty, you can feed two adults for sure. The food was good no compliments , I would try them again and the prices wasn't bad at all I think it was $12 something.“

“I was so excited about the seafood tower after seeing all the pictures. The presentation was perfect but the food itself could use a bit more flavor. I enjoyed the guacamole more than the Torre Roka. For $28, it was a decent amount of food, but I don't think I will order it again.“

“If you are looking for an authentic, old school good Mexican food place , Cazuelas could be the place for you. It certainly was for me. Clean and neat without a lot of the standard decorative fussiness Cazuela offers delicious old school and authentic Mexican food. Located at the southern end of Coachella in an older working class area you will never want to overlook a place that the 'locals' flock to. We had the cheese enchiladas and chili Colorado on our first visit. All the sauces taste home made just like our Mama Fortunata made back in the day. Generous portions and fresh tasting we were very happy campers. Subsequent visits we tried the chili rellenos which came 2 to a plate with wonderful beans and rice. And the best shredded beef enchiladas ever!! Beans were creamy and flavorful, rice fluffy and simply perfect and a nice amount of beef in the enchilada. Sense a theme here ? And I can't forget to mention just how lovely the staff is. Efficient and friendly and quick to refill your drinks. What more could you ask for!?!?“

“I thought this was a take-out window ever since it opened. A friend took me here for lunch and WOW! This little place has SO MUCH CHARM, and the food is amazing! Great service, friendly staff and a very cozy atmosphere. Hands down the BEST estilo casero Mexican food in the desert! It appears that they do take-out orders, there is a stage for live music, and they also run a food truck. Historically I'm told, they operated out of the back of a liquor store for years and only recently opened this new location. I will return again and again.“

“Our first time going to this restaurant we had a small problem due to incorrect information with a card but the manager and waitresses were super cool and solved the problem super quickly, everyone was very friendly and our waitress was super friendly and attentive, the food was delicious.“

“Great tasting food, rarely see dine in people but the food great. I love the San Felipe Burrito. It's filled with carne asada and shrimp cheese rice and a sauce that is almost like a ranch like but creamy style. Carne asadas fries are also good but plan to share the plate.“
