Tried the fufu which is made of yam to try out something new from the African Restaurant in lincoln .Fufu (or foofoo or foufou) is possibly one the most famous west African "swallow" foods. It is a filling side dish - starchy, smooth,and stretchy. I was so happily surprised to find this place at Fox Hills Mall (Westerfield Mall). It hit the spot just right! Wonderful Jamaican and Nigerian flavors and I forgot how good fufu is. Biggups to the chefs!
