Brio Tuscan Grille Reviews
They are a gang of liars who care only about taking your money. The food was very bad, tasteless. The service was so poor we had to wait forever for our food. The salad was wilted, the waiter took forever to get us water. When we ordered bread they took over 30 minutes to get it to us. We ordered wine and beer it took over 40 minutes to get to get it. The restaurant was empty. They didn’t have any customers. The manager was rude and lacked emotional intelligence. The bathroom...read full review

Brio Italian Grille is a moderate-sized Italian chain restaurant located in Irvine Spectrum, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is semi-casual, somewhat romantic, and cozy, making it a pleasant spot for a meal. The menu features dishes like carpaccio, Gorgonzola beef medallions, and risotto. However, reviews suggest that the food quality can be inconsistent, with some dishes being average and portions too small. The steak salad, for instance, has received criticism for having only a tiny piece of meat.
Brio may be busy during peak hours, and service can be slow, sometimes exceeding 40 minutes for food to arrive. Customers have reported delays in service, with some waiting 15 minutes to order, and others experiencing cold soup served after salads. Although the staff is friendly and tries their best, there are concerns about the kitchen being understaffed, which can affect the speed of service. Prices for main dishes typically range from $20-30, and while the presentation is nice, some diners feel that the food doesn’t always meet expectations.
The restaurant is suitable for larger groups, and reservations are not needed for team dinners, which may have better service. Overall, Brio Italian Grille remains a cozy place with friendly servers, but there are calls for improvements in service and food quality to match the positive experiences found at other locations.
