Me and another customer had to literally yell for someone to come out. They were just hiding around the corner but we stood there for a while, as we called out before they showed up. They fake smiled at us and filled the order. Fortunately someone came in from break a moment later and got our sandwiches. Never again. Y'all need to pay them better.
This was a typical Jimmy John's experience...but maybe a little bit better than the average. The vegetables were incredibly fresh. The bread, as usual, was on point, and the service was very good as well. Essentially what I'm saying is that I've had some really bad jimmy John's experiences, but this particular location seems to be ran well (management? employees? Idk). Maybe it cpuld be some sort of bait and switch, maybe they get the most out of their staff by handing out benzos....read full review

Freaky slow. Why only two people working during lunch rush? Not the employees’ fault for being understaffed. They were managing the best they could.Had to wait 25 minutes even after ordering online in advance.
