“The Wall has the best dining environment in the Kirkwood village area. The food is usually very good, although the menu is inconsistent. Service tends to be good most of the time. Outdoor dining is occasionally an option. Even though The Wall is a Vail property they do not honor discounts from the Epic Pass, Vail Legendary Lodging, or the KCA.”
“K-Bar is what it looks like. Small and a bit packed, but a great place to hang out, warm up after a long day, and grab a beer or three. Bartenders are super chill. Prices are a bit high, but it's a slopeside bar so really are you surprised? Pretty well stocked liquor selection, but a more limited selection of beers. I didn't get the food, but curious to try that next time I'm here.”
“Best varierty of options in a cafeteria style. If you need healthy/vegeterian options, this is likely the safest bet.Gets pretty crowded at lunch and might be tough or impossibly to get a seat.”
“Staff is super friendly and great vibe at Kirkwood always. Food is good tasting, but needs more healthy options other than pizza, kickers, soup and croissants. Bar service is always under-staffed, so prepare for a really long wait. Nothing to do for waiting family members who do not ski is a big disadvantage to Kirkwood from becoming a family destination. Skiers in the family will stay, non-skiers stop coming eventually from the household.”
“Not sure why everyone else is so salty. It's average thin crust pizza (that yes bears some resemblance to frozen grocery store pizza) with reasonable service in a nice little space right off the mountain. Oh and the prices are obviously high because: right off the mountain. Price elasticity of supply, people!”
“I highly recommend the spicy bloody Mary.I wish I took a photo of the pepper before consumption. My wife who enjoys spicy food far beyond my own weak palate says it was by far the spiciest she's had. According to a quick Google, it turned out to be a habanero. The burritos and tacos were delicous and the service was exceptional.”

“This place is a must if you ski Sierra. On top of the Grandview hair. Delicious sandwiches and good beer at the top of the world. Good vibes, and a fair price after the season pass discount. Excellent lunch stop.”

“The $3 Goose Island is unbearable and the fries were great too! Loved the smokey aroma and comforting vibe after a long day out on the slopes. Bartenders were fast even though the line was long at times. It would be nice if this place had QR code ordering. I also wish there were better views but the view from the lodge isn't "stunning" either.”
