“I've been to Skaf's a couple of times now. As many reviewers note, the cheese roll is a must get if you love and respect yourself and your happiness. Queso fresco and feta fried in the crispiest wrapper is a match made in heaven.Grape leaves are also a wonderful appetizer, especially if you're like me and could accidentally put away 12 of this if not paying attention.I often find falafel to be disappointing in restaurants and much better homemade, but Skaf's falafel would give even the best homemade falafel a run for its money. The texture is exactly how it should be - crisp, crunchy exterior with a soft (but not gummy) interior. The falafel is also jam packed with flavor and surrounded by insanely well executed tabbouleh (perfectly seasoned), cabbage salad, hummus, and babaganouj. Their wraps are solid as well, but the veggie combo plate is where it's at!Lebanese coffee on the side on a rainy day at Skaf's. Kindest servers as well“

“One bite and you'll get why this place has so many fans. How they get so much flavor into their kebabs is a mystery to me. It's garlicky and salty and there seems to be some kind of chili and maybe a hint of citrus? Whatever it is, it's delicious. And while the kebabs are clearly the stars here, the salads are also not to be missed, especially the Shirazi. Really though, it doesn't matter what you get, at Mini Kabob it's all going to be exceptionally good. Enjoy!“

“Took a take out after reading their reviews and a long day at universal studios. The portion was a lot but the chicken was dry not soft and juicy unlike other Mediterranean joints.Their chicken wraps were good though.We were visiting the studios so stopped here on last day for dinner take out.“

“The service was excellent. The owner is so kind and generous. I tried the chicken lule kebob wrap it was huge so they are generous with portions. The wrap had good flavor and was very filling, the chicken was just a bit too tender for my liking. My sister got the beef kebab plate and loved it. Excellent food & service. The place is also clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Nice little spot in the heart of Sun Valley.“

“Pretty delicious food to be honest. But one minor flaw. Be aware! When paying cashless, it prompts a tip suggestion. You cannot put zero, the smallest tip is "$5" like wth?..tips shouldn't be forced!! So, I forcefully paid an addition $5 extra for take-out, I will not return!“

“Fresh and fabulous!It is nice to try a new restaurant and find you hit a home run. We enjoyed the salmon plate with the side choice of cottage potatoes smothered fresh dill along with a Bermuda onion salad topped with pomegranate seeds and roasted vegetables cooked to perfection. The beef tenderloin was tender and full of flavor with a generous helping of fluffy basmati rice. The roasted vegetables included a fresh grilled tomato and 2 peppers. Such a pleasant surprise when you’re served a plate full of fresh, colorful and healthy foods that taste great! The restaurant is simple, clean spacious and friendly. You won’t be disappointed. Our outstanding waitress sold us the cake and without question we ordered it.Try it… its good too. ??“

“I'm glad this tasty, family-run restaurant is in my Los Feliz neighborhood. Happy that they've expanded their menu because the Persian Armenian food is delicious. Never had a bad meal, and never had anything but friendly service. Solid, un-pretentious, and relaxed. I dig it.“

“Great food! My first time there! I ordered the steak wrap with all the sides. The steak was cooked to order and absolute perfection. And the sides were fresh and delicious. I sampled all three sauces. Mmmm so good. Especially the spicy cilantro sauce which was recommended by Hailey who took our order. And speaking of service! Hailey was very friendly and helpful! Since it was my first time there, she was very helpful explaining how everything worked... and patient with me as I could not make up my mind.... ;) great service. I'll be back!“

“I rate this Restaurant a 10 out of 10 I absolutely loved the lamb chops. I also got the chicken plate with hummus a side of cucumber yogurt. The skewer of filet mignon was delicious. The chicken bowl, my go-to, will run you ~$11 (at the time of this review) and is filled generously to the brim. The two workers I've interacted with were also very accomodating. Food is delicious relative to its price. I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone searching for an affordable, quick lunch.“
