“This place was a big of a hidden gem - the service was incredible for fast casual and the empanadas and beans and rice were probably the best we have had - cooked perfectly and so well seasoned. We also loved the Ropa Vieja. Also don't miss the Cuban coffee and a cinnamon roll!“

“I had to citrus chicken. It was amazing. This chicken was tender and juicy. It came with rice, beans and a small salad. The beans were seasoned wonderfully, and the taste was delicious. The rice was fluffy and seasoned, and the salad with the light dressing was great. I enjoyed it very much. The service was wonderful. The staff were professional and upbeat. They they were smiling all throughout the service. They had the music going and the place was very clean. They attended you quickly, you go up to order at the bar and as you're going across you can see the delectable desserts. I purchased the Mojito tart dessert which was refreshing. I enjoyed it very much. My experience was simply divine because the atmosphere and the restaurant are inviting. I definitely enjoyed my company, and will be back to this restaurant again to try some of their other delicious foods and desserts.“

“Talk about a gem in SD GasLamp District. Great vibe, style and live music on a Thursday. Place made you feel like you were in KeyWest without the chickens or at least closer to Cuba than SD. Oh and the food was authentic (I guess; never been to Cuba) at least it ate that way. Give them a try.“

“I had a wonderful dining experience. It was a long day for me so after catching an amazing aroma coming through the parking lot in Mission Valley . I spotted Havana Grill . I had no choice but to go in. The whole staff were very welcoming and kind. The ambiance was so comforting and inviting.The woman at the order counter was so helpful. She made suggestions and they were spot on perfect. The portions were fine. Vaca Frita was outstanding. Perfectly hot and well seasoned. I can't wait to go back. Everyone looked more than pleased with the service, atmosphere ,well groomed and Beautiful staff. Nice place to take friends and family.
