“From the first visit, Civitas has been our favorite ever since! Whenever we are out of town and try another coffee shop we always compare that coffee shop to Civitas. "Is it as good as Civitas?" The answer is very rarely a "yes". Our regular order is an unsweetened iced oat milk latte! “Shabuya is the largest all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant I know. It offers unlimited supplies of meat, vegetables, seafood, and various options of ingredients for shabu-shabu. After choosing the soup I want, I simply need to select the type of meat and request it from the server. However, during busy times, it's advisable to order in advance to avoid waiting for the server for too long, as it can be frustrating.They provide various vegetables, seafood, dumplings, tofu, noodles, and more, so I can take as much as I want and make my own sauce. Once I've chosen my soup and added various seafood and vegetables to enhance the flavor, I start my meal. Personally, I enjoy adding seafood to the broth for flavor and dipping it in hot sauce, then adding meat first and enjoying it with vegetables alternately.I recommend finishing about 90% of the meal and then enjoying the remaining 10% with udon, ramen, dumpling soup, or other desired choices. Among them, I highly recommend adding eggs and rice to make egg porridge, which is the best way to conclude the meal.The egg porridge, made by boiling the remaining vegetables and meat, always tastes exquisite. “This review is long overdue!!!! I love this place me and my husband found this spot about 5 yrs ago and no matter how many billiards we've been to we always come back to this location. It's always such a fun time coming here you can play music through the app or on the digital "juke box" on the wall (next to the darts area). They have "appetizers" I put quotations because although they are appetizers they are a pretty good portion pretty much a meal the drinks are good they changed them often but it keeps it refreshing to have something new on the menu keeps it fun not boring. Overall such a great time bartenders are always so fun super nice overall the service is always great every single time we've been there. We've kind of made a tradition of coming here on our anniversary because it's just soo chill and awesome“

The bagels and big, soft and fresh and they are almost always very generous with the cream cheese (which I really love).I also like their bagel sandwiches, the lattes - blended or hot - and the bagel bombs too. “We stopped by on a Sat night at 8:58, not realizing they close at 9. The employees were very nice and let us order so last min. It was very clean and inviting. They have a salsa bar for dining in patrons.We ordered the birria soup (beef), 4 tacos combo, carne asada burrito, and chicken burrito. We all really enjoyed the food. The burritos were loaded with meat. We will definitely be back.“

The place is empty most of the time but when I go pick up (I usually call in my order) there will be 4/5 other people picking up. Anyways like I said my kids eat a lot and with 25/30 dollars I get to feed all 3 of them myself and have some lunches left over for the next day! It's always freshly made and not greasy!
