First of all, I can't believe I didn't post a review before. The crew here are my favorite! I have been known to order 65 or so subs at a time and they are usually ready for pick-up right on time! One large order, I went to pick-up, didn't see it on the counter and it didn't look like they were working on it - panic set in. Then I heard a voice, "Michael?" they asked. The food is great as always! The service, on the other hand, needs work. I drive around for work and have been to a lot of different locations. One thing that is consistent is being greeted as you walk in and friendly staff. The staff, particularly the female staff, here couldn't care less about customers, or at least that's how I felt today. I felt as if I was a burden to them to make my food. Not only is the food really good but these employees are very friendly and accommodating (even when I make a confusing order). They really are busy and I'm amazed at how his friendly and patient the employees remain even when busy. This speaks to great management.
