“Best Food! My friend and I had breakfast here the second weekend working Coachella and made sure we came back the work weekend of Stagecoach! Fresh amazing food with the most exquisite flavors. The coffees/lattes are refreshing and delicious. The wait is nothing compared to the place around the corner. We went around 9:30/10 am and beat the rush that came in about 11ish, however with the indoor and outdoor seating , waiting time wasn't too bad. They have half order options on most items and I absolutely love it !“

“This place was unexpected for me and my wife on whim. So dang good. We are locals and will be back. Thank you for the good food. The rice and beans were average and I would recommend bringing those to another level. The chips and salsa was great, it tasted fresh. Again, I would recommend this place in an instant.“

“We went to this restaurant on a prior trip to Palm Desert in 2018 and couldn't remember what it was called or where it was, and thankfully we found it. The food is excellent- the chips are made in house and are some of the best I have ever had, not the typical store bought salty stale chips. The homemade salsa and guacamole are superb. They have a wonderful menu with many options, fish, meat, and vegetarian. The octopus was stupendous. For dessert we were so full but could not miss the tres leches pastel which was even better than imagined. The best part? The Guillermo margarita which was probably the best I've ever had (this is after getting back from a week trip in Mexico last month). The service was perfect- very polite, prompt, and attentive. I cannot recommend Guillermo's restaurant enough! Too bad we have to drive from LA to eat there, but we will be back!“
