Carmelita's offers an amazing location with ocean views, though the drinks can be expensive. The food, however, is highly praised, especially the fish tacos which are considered the best. While the churros are basic, the overall dining experience is excellent, with attentive service and fair prices. The enchilada short rib is a particularly delicious dish, and the outdoor seating adds to the pleasant atmosphere.
