“This is one of my favorite coffee places ever. I live in NYC (and have been to my fair share of coffee shops there) but when I get to come home for visits, I always get excited to come to this coffee shop. It's consistent, the drip coffee is actually good, and their speciality lattes are always a treat. It's a clean, calm environment and the staff is always friendly. “Just went here for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was amazing. We got to sit on the couch which was comfy and spacious. The food was good, especially the bruschetta! There are about 12 different types to get. The iced tea was one of the best I have had, which sounds like an odd thing to say but when you try it you'll understand why. The Happy Hour prices are unmatched, best I have ever seen. Sadly couldn't partake this time but I will absolutely will be coming back soon.“

Only one gender nurtural bathroom so at times there was a long line . Our server seemed to give decent service to everyone but our table , she gave every other table touches and only checked in once after we had already finished our food . We felt very rushed. We had breakfast (eggs Benedict, avocado toast, espresso drinks, and a ham and cheese croissant) and each item was considerably better than we were expecting. It was all very good. After, we had the cinnamon roll and a fruit tart, again it was way better than expected - a perfect balance of sweet but not too sweet and delicious. “My dogs favorite place to get meal toppers and camel milk. She’s very picky and have a very sensitive stomach and nothing else works. She drinks camel milk daily to relieve itchy skin and her poop is perfect every single day! The staff there is super knowledgeable and friendly and it’s literally the cutest pet store you can find in the world. Their treats and bakery is top notch too and I even got her a birthday cake. She loved it!“

“Shrimp tacos were our favorite. Also, we really like the Beria and the fried fish We also loved the nachos and even better was the drink of the day which was pineapple Fresca so, so good. Service was very good. I think our server was Alicia, but I could have the name wrong. She was a young girl,and she was very wonderful and she had her hair in a bun. The only thing that could possibly improve is having may be a little less spicy salsa or pico for the people who don’t like too much spice. Wonderful seafood, can’t wait to try more dishes.“

“The owners at Van Dyke are so friendly. I visited at the recommendation of a friend. It's located in a business complex, and parking is paid, but they validate. Some of the drinks are named after their regulars, which is what we ordered. I love strawberry-chocolate anything, so Spencer's was right up my alley. Inki's was really good too. There's so much room for seating, and I love the ambiance--it's so open. It was great to stay and study. We also were given a cookie on the house, which was enormous and took me days to eat (but it stayed perfectly good). We will be back!!“

“After a long day at a conference at The Ritz, ten of us took an uber to this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The smell of wood-fired pizza immediately set my mind on pizza and wine. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Everyone in our party raved about the food they ordered. I ordered the brunch burger. It was cooked to perfection and practically melted in my mouth with each bite. We also got some pastries and the lucky charms cappuccino. Everything we got was wonderful. Atmosphere: 5/5 This place has a very nice little cafe vibe. There is some seating indoors, a cool little private area upstairs and some nice seating outside lining the building. It's a nice place to hangout and visit with friends or loved ones while enjoying some food and coffee in a relaxed environment. Customer Service: 4/5 One of the employees seemed a little irritated that she was there while she rang us up. But, overall the service was ok. She was young, so I doubt that it is like this with all the employees all the time. Price: 5/5 The prices here are great for what you get. I got a massive burger with a sunny side egg for only $14. The nice palm sandwiches are only $3.50! They have items for if you want a full meal or just a little snack. They are all priced very well in my opinion. Parking: 3/5 There is a tiny parking lot behind the building. If you can't park there, you are looking for street parking or parking in another lot in the Downtown San Juan Capistrano area. “We had a great time here for St. Patrick's Day. We were excited to try some of the food. However, after paying a cover charge to enter, we were told that we couldn't order the food we wanted. The bar was busy, so we were patient with service, but there we two bartenders who easily handled the crowds and two who were super stressed and somewhat rude. The rest of the staff was good. They had live music and it was a fun atmosphere.“

Beautiful, relaxing view of the Pacific paired with a classic shake or malt and diner type eats.Highly recommend parking towards the north end of Crystal Cove State Park and walking either the cliffside trail or beach and enjoy the sun as you walk down towards Shake Shack. And that you try to come when it’s not so busy. This way you don’t have to wait in a ridiculously long line on PCH for a lot that has a dozen parking spaces. The food is pretty standard and most people come for the great shakes. The Date shake seems to be really popular but I’ve yet to try it“

“What a great place ! Just push the door and you are in France. It starts with a little French Market where you can find all French specialty food that you really miss (when you've been away from home a long time) such as cookies like Pepito, barquettes, BN, Bonne-Maman jam, crème de marrons, drinks like Orangina and some really nice wines. But you will find also soaps, kitchen linen and other cute little accessories for your kitchen. I was impressed with the large selection of food they offer. Cakes, danishes, breads, everything made with authentic French recipes. It smells so good and looks so delicious that you want to eat a little bit of everything, very hard to make a decision. I opt for a flan, very simple cake that I didn't have for ages and I took a Brie Walnut sandwich to go for my lunch. The bread is so perfect soft and crunchy I could have eaten 2 more of those !!! They also have a large selection of salads, fresh fruits and few hot dishes too. You can eat inside or choose to seat outside where they have a huge patio with nice red umbrellas. I could spend a full day there by myself eating the best French food I had in LA area so far and look at the crowd walking around the display cases and wondering like me : "what am I going to eat today ?!?" Just make reservations (you have to call at least 24 hours in advance) and leave a little extra time to park. The fries are nice and crispy, well seasoned, and fresh. The 2 pieces of fish were nice and meaty and well battered, not over saturated and overtly crispy. The tartar sauce was probably the best I've had. I also tried the onion rings, and there pretty pretty good and crispy.I did come back later to try the shrimp po boy and fish po boy sandwich. And the tartar sauce spread was just amazing.I did order in person, and the staff was very friendly.I wish this place was in a different location. “This is a great local ice cream spot! They had many (at least 20) different ice cream flavors. After being informed their most popular flavors are something with Oreo, I ordered the Coffee Oreo and Birthday Cake ice creams (I ordered both in a small cup). No wonder Oreo is the most popular as both flavors were full of large Oreo chunks. The ice cream was flavorful and had a great coffee and cake flavor. Note they do not offer samples, but from what I saw, I’m not sure you could go wrong!“
