“First time coming here & I will definitely be back! Came in at 11am on a rainy Sunday. Surprisingly the wait was 10 mins for 2 people but that might have been due to the weather. The food was incredible! I ordered the strawberry French toast while my fiancé ordered the omelette and both were amazing! It took a while for our food to come out but the service was otherwise great so I didn't mind. I'm coming back to try the rest of the menu!“

My parents loved the salmon and the country fried steak. The pasta for the kids is fresh so it does take longer. The Stuffed Cheese had an herby, lightly salted and nutty flavor combined with the mellow white cheese wrapped in a soft dough. The Chicken Wrap was more crispy like a wood fire pizza, it comes with tomatoes, onion, cheese and pickle, very good middle eastern/Mediterranean flavor.“

“Ummm wow just amazing across the board. We were able to sample quite a bit. One of the outstanding treats was the grilled brussel sprouts. The margarita pizza was classic, but tasted a cut above, I think it's their sauce. The Caesar salad is big, and boy I ate all of mine. It had a perfect balance. Try the deep fried porta Bella mushrooms with their creamy dipping sauce, you might pass out it's so good.Next time I need a desert from their French tarts and macaroons in the glass case.“

“Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream! Let me tell you it definitely hit the spot, one of the best ice creams I've tried I can see why it's one of their top flavors. I got the single scoop and it's a good amount of serving but I should have gotten a double scoop for sure! If you love chocolate ice cream and Oreos, then this is the perfect flavor for you. Although, there is a hint of coconut in the aftertaste in case you're not too huge on coconut. But the actual flavor overpowers it. We went late at night but the service was still good! You have to be careful not to miss the window it's right next to a small coffee shop. There's a few chairs around to sit after or you can walk around and see the other shops around. Very small space but great ice cream! I will definitely need to go back and try other flavors!“

It’s a cute restaurant with friendly staff.However, I expected the food to taste better…I ordered their classic breakfast pizza suggested by the server. First of all, it looked great. I’m not a fan of the fake bacon because it tastes like paper. After the first couple of bites, I realized the pizza was barely edible because of the amount of big rosemary leaves added in the pizza dough. I had to hand picked them out of the pizza to avoid tasting the ‘soapy’ rosemary flavor… and I love rosemary in general. Just not THIS MUCH. I asked my friends to also taste my pizza and they all told me I should send it back.Luckily, our server took it back right away and gave me the option to change to a different pizza.The second pizza I ordered was margarita pizza. It was pretty blend. But at least edible.I do need to say their menu is probably a hit or miss. My friends ordered the breakfast burritos that they enjoyed a lot. “5/5 Written from a former bakery owner. My family owned a bakery in Detroit for 40+ years and sold it during Covid in 2021. I know baking and so does Toluca Bakery. Excellent customer service. Family owned shop with the mom and son working when my friend and I went in. So much variety, and the price point is low for all you’re getting.This is a bakery making old school, classic recipes. They veganized so many items that you can’t find in most places. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious, concha’s super tasty, Tres Leches was chef’s kiss, turnover amazing, danish great, cupcakes yum, eclairs fantastic and empanadas scrumptious. Highly recommend. Plus for folks who like supporting small business, this is exactly that. It’s a win-win-win-win. Taste-options-price-family owned & operated. Get there!“

“I got there late at night close to closing time. Their doors were open and I was warmly welcomed for the first time. I chose a large array of delicious looking cookies and ones I was familiar with. They are all delicious, my favorite being the flourless almond fudge brownie.“

“Amazing museum restaurant. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations, but the food and service exceeded my expectations. The squash pasta has a Nerano style feel with pumpkin flowers on top. The tuna carpaccio was good with crispy garlic fries, but it was too salty. But I enjoyed it so much. I Will visit again.“

“I know this pizzeria for about 6 years. They have the best pizza in Winnetka, if I don’t exaggerate they have the best Persian pizza in Los Angeles. Every time I have a party, it doesn’t matter birthday party or just having my friends over for a football or basketball game, everyone ask me to order some cheese or pepperoni pizza from Thyme. We all recommend this place. Next time instead of ordering pizza from Domino’s or Papa Jons, try Thyme Pizzeria. You won’t regret. Also they have this heart shaped pizza which is good for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or anniversary.Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian. But I believe that if this place offers a fully vegan menu, vegetarians can find lots of vegetarian options. I’m not sure if they allow substitutions on their vegan menu it. But it doesn’t hurt to ask. Definitely, they have tons of vegetarian food.Dietary restrictions: They have another menu a full vegan menu with bunch of vegan specialty pizzas, vegan pastas, vegan appetizers, and vegan desserts.Also they offer gluten-free and cauliflower gluten-free pizzas. “Ike's has the best vegetarian subs around! Well, from what I've tried anyway. Few months back I tried their Freddy Krueger sandwich (not vegetarian) on their dutch crunch and it was great. The dutch crunch is delicious. I also tried their James and the giant peach recently and it'll be my go-to anytime I visit for sure! All the ingredients come together perfectly and the vegan fried chicken is good too! Their sandwiches come with a candy (caramel apple lollipops) and as someone with a sweet tooth, I love it. Service was good and my sandwich came out in a timely manner. It's a great place to grab a bite after running errands in the plaza.“

Maya herself is usually working behind the counter, and is such a kind and helpful person with any questions you might have about the sweets. And not just sweets--I also highly recommend the pão de queijo that she makes, perfectly cheesy and gooey Brazilian cheese bread! Lastly, Maya's brigadeiro favor boxes for weddings and parties are incredible, if you're looking for a truly unique favor that all your guests are sure to enjoy. We had brigadeiros as favors at our wedding, and Maya was beyond helpful throughout the entire process in choosing and designing the boxes, as well as which flavors to pick out. “I've been coming here for years, I can't believe I haven't written a review! I love their food. My favorite item to order is their mung bean pad thai, although I wish there was an option to get it with soy chicken or beef and not just tofu skewers. The tofu cubes are huge so the flavor doesn't really penetrate them. I like this dish because the noodles and veggies are flavorful. My family also enjoys cashew nut lover dish and the buddha rolls. Those are so filling, I can just get those and be happy. If you like thai tea, you must try it here. So good. One star off because parking is difficult, especially on weekends, and it's a little pricy for me. The good thing is that inflation has led to all restaurants raising their prices in the last couple of years, so I am more used to it and not as bothered as I used to be . Note: the seats are incredibly uncomfortable so if you dine in and have back issues like me, bring a cushion.“

“Today was my 1st time ordering at Leo’s. I ordered the hot hash bowl & it was so delicious I had to take it home! Parking is easy at this restaurant & the cashier gave me excellent customer service. I didn’t order a drink but he gave me a cold glass of water while I waited for my food to finish cooking. The cook is very special. She definitely knows what she’s doing in that kitchen. As society becomes more health conscious, I really hope places like these get more attention & customers. It’s a stunning space hidden behind a modest exterior - truly a hidden gem. We sat at the bar but the patio was beyond beautiful; with lush greenery and a perfect atmosphere. The bartenders were all consummate professionals - that’s the adjective, not the verb. :) The cocktails were all balanced and innovative, lots of great twists on the classics. “First time I even noticed this yogurt shop inside of Gelson's. I figured I'd give it a try. Glad I did. First off, Fernando and Kevin are awesome. Very pleasant. Fernando allowed me to try as many flavors as my heart desired. The service he provided was excellent. I tried their sweet vanilla and vanilla tart yogurt, chocolate yogurt, and some of their ice cream flavors. Everything was absolutely delicious. I ended up getting the vanilla sweet yogurt mixed with the vanilla tart yogurt. It was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The texture of the yogurt is very smooth. Absolutely loved it. They also have a huge selection of low carb and low sugar flavors they alternate daily (see attached monthly calendar for flavors). Looking forward to trying how these taste next time I come. “I've been coming to Bea's since I was a child. I love this bakery. I remember the original location on Ventura Blvd & Topanga Cyn. That was in the 1960s and 70s. Bea was always there, and she was lovely. Whenever a child comes into Bea's and give them a cookie. I told one of the employees about that. He gave me a cookie. We laughed, and I thanked him. The service and the food are amazing. The staff are attentive and provided excellence customer service. I loved that all of the food came out hot and fresh. I ordered the fried spring tolls, dumplings, spicy noodles and yellow curry and everything was delicious and full of flavor. Araya's is now my #1 spot for yellow curry.
