“I attended a party in which Michelle's Kitchen was hired to do the catering.First of, they had a nice setup, and was maintained stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and uniformed, very professional.In the food department, they had rice, beans, carne asada, Al pastor, pollo asado, 2 types of aguas frescas, and all the taco fixings like cilantro, onions, grilled jalapeños, lemon, and 3 types of sauces, green, red, and an avocado one. And ofcourse, freshly made tortillas on the spot.The pros- The al pastor meat was D-freakin-licious! Hands down one of the best I have had.The red hot sauce, spicy, flavorful, addicting, lip shaking I can't stop eating it kind of goodness.Fresh tortillas, if you are a taco caterer, and you aren't making your tortillas right there in front of your customers, get out of the game. The tortillas here were fresh and delicious.The rice was good. I found myself filling a plate with rice, pouring the red sauce on it, sprinkling cilantro and onion on it, and a twist of lemon. I was in heaven!The cons-The inconsistency in size of the tortillas, all though delicious, had a lot of people talking about how some were regular tortilla size, some were Tijuana style, and some were no bigger than a Tostitos round corn chip. The tacos cannot be bite size, it was ridiculous.The al pastor started running out, not a good thing to hear when you are 2 hours into a 3 hour event.Overall-I would hire this guys, I would mention the tortilla size, they cannot be chip size. The amount of meat present is something that has to be worked out between the caterer and the person hiring, but, that's about it. The carne asada and pollo asado was okay.Overall, I would hire them myself.“

Candice offered a very optimistic warmth approach when she found out my needs to have our Owner/Operator host a meeting for 130 employees and 15 Dignitaries from the City of Temecula. This meeting was being videotaped so every aspect of details was a must! Candice made sure her employees took care of us by setting up the decorations, food and beverages before our team arrived. “If I could provide a 10 Star rating - I most certainly would!!! On Saturday January 13, we celebrated my mother's 100th Birthday at The Corporate Room, in Wildomar. From the very first meeting of Candice (the Coordinator) and Chef Steve I was impressed. The venue is beautiful! Cozy and quaint! I only did minimal decorating because the place is lovely as is. We had about 55 guests. No one left hungry - because the food was DELICIOUS! The Lemon Thyme Chicken was prepared perfectly. Moist, flavorful and just delicious! Mashed Potatoes - some of the best ever! Chef Steve also prepared Honey Butter Roasted Carrots. I'm not a big carrot lover - especially cooked - but I wanted seconds of this one! Sadly, the kids and teenagers (who went back for 2nd's) got to them before I did! (I think I saw someone in line a 3rd time - but who's counting?) So I hope you can see how incredibly delicious the food was. It was served buffet style - and each dish was piping hot (well except for the Caesar Salad which was perfect too) I had several people ask for the recipe for both the chicken and carrots! I'm told chefs don't reveal their secrets.... The Helpers of the day - Andrew and Roel - were beyond helpful! The least little thing to the biggest of asks - they provided! Also helping in the kitchen helping Chef Steve were Kataya and Jesse. I didn't meet them (I'm sure they were busy) but they obviously are very good at their jobs as well and deserve recognition. My 100 year old mother told me it was the BEST PARTY OF HER LIFE - and she's obviously celebrated a few birthdays. I couldn't agree more - I had the best time too. We made wonderful memories. The Staff made everything easy! One more plug - I used the Florist that Candice recommended. NKATHLEENDESIGNS - Nichole Leyva - perfect to work with. Provided everything and more that I needed and wanted! She won't disappoint!!!“
