Their french fries are the best around and I'm not exaggerating. The menu is huge! They make fresh squeezed green juices daily! The service is professional, but not that friendly. “The food here is excellent! The family that owns it are wonderful! All their sandwiches are so good. We drive from Ramona to eat here, since we moved out of the area. They are always happy to see you and they know so many of their customers. The place is clean but very small. I wish they had one in the North county. The drive is well worth by it!“
“First time trying this place out and I couldn’t have been more excited to know they have Taylor ham! I ordered a Jersey Shore on an everything bagel. One bite in and it brought back my memories of NJ. The bagel was fresh and so flavorful. I was really excited they had my favorite Italian dessert rainbow cookies on display so I couldn’t pass that up. The menu is diverse and has many authentic East Coast items. Customer service was great and the owner is very friendly. I look forward to returning and trying another item.“
“This little cafe is tucked away in a business building, but have delicious cookies and wraps! They were so kind and welcoming to our staff. They do offer gluten free wraps as well. The wraps are pretty full and filling, and the cookies are soft in the middle with a crunchy outer layer. Definitely going to stop by soon :)“

“Very clean seating area, all the tables had Clorox wipes available which I personally really appreciated. The hilltop breakfast bagel with an everything bagel and sausage was sooo delicious! “Guys, this place is a gem. They have great pizza at a reasonable price, it's ion the main drag but still a hidden gem IMO. The Antipasto salad was also VERY fresh, crispy and very flavorful and a hood portion. One of my go to for pizza in La Mesa!“
“I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the staff at this location.We were out of town and returned on Christmas and needed a ham for our Christmas dinner.I got to the store three (3) minutes before they closed, and they STILL served me with patience. They were scheduled to close at 4:30 p.m. and I got there at 4:27 p.m.I really thought I was up the creek and would not our dinner meat. Needless to say the thought caused me to be in a slight panic. “My wife loves the pasta, so when I am in the area I stop in for it. I tried the French dip and was not happy with it. Next time I will stick to a cold sandwich. If I decide to eat in the next time, I will make sure I ask them to play music that isn't rap music where every other word was the "F" word. I think they just had it tuned out. “Came here earlier and got a BLT combo and chicken salad. Everything here is always fresh and ready to be prepared, the staff are always super nice and they have usually have good music playing. Every time i come in it's either just me or is me and one or two other ppl. I highly recommend coming here, my husband and i love it!“
