I don't know if people just like watching employees struggle, but there has got to be an easier way for them properly mix the product. At least they were nice and fun.

They were the sweetest people in their latest hours. Uber eats gave half of our order so we rushed at 9:40 pm and got our rest of our order. The lady with short curled hair and deeper complexion was amazing comforting person and helped me in her last ten minutes of her shift. By the way the other workers were nice as well I was mostly talking to the short hair lady.

I bought a BOGO creation coffee ice cream and I was still charged for almost 2 ice creams and this girl she said she’s the manager sarcastically smiling, it’s the office not us the fact she took ownership that she’s a manager doesn’t took action with a common sense on buy one get one free and fix the problem, I worked in different restaurants and if there is a glitch or issue like that I fix immediately, looks like BOGO is not English hard to understand and an incompetent manager, who can’t provide corrective action and my first time to try, extremely disappointed, abide with your marketing strategy, im trying to provide guidance and yet no action what a useless manager- if you don’t execute the marketing from management- you call it cheating stealing fooling and scamming the customer- you are the problem of company because you are entering the info in POS that don’t calculate right- and you don’t take action to fix the problem- and yet you said I’m the manager- ????

Ok, Personally I am "Non Dairy" I had the urge for something sweet. I said "Let me get some Ice Cream" Where should I go? Decided "Cold Stones" Walked in and was greeted by "AARI" She had The Best "Customer Service" She was Excellent at what she does. She made It So "Delicious" So "Fast" "AARI" Deserves a "Promotion" She made sure I was A "Happy Returning Customer" I should open a "Franchise" And Give it to her, "AARI" Definitely Knows What To Do With The "Ice Cream" Thanks "AARI" It's A Must To "Give Credit Where It's Due" Good Job "AARI !!!!!" Go Cold Stones!!!!
I am a little torn because cold stone is so good, but the prices are ridiculous. I just recently went, I bought a love it size and gotta to have it, basically a medium and a large. With four items in the ice cream, cost me $22. But when I went back the next day, I got a specialty ice cream, both larges cost me $16. There is a problem here with pricing. Why should any ice cream cost this much? My next step is corporate. I have time today.. Understand it will be a while before I go back.

The customer service here is non existent. Walked in and 3 out of 3 workers not a single one greeted me as I stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I was not even told thank you for coming we will be with you shortly/soon. I get the staff might be busy but you all need to work on your customer service skills even if you're having a bad day. Additionally, the ice cream counter looked messy so I decided to just leave. Never coming to this location again even if it is closest to me rather drive to Lancaster if I'm getting cold stone or go to Baskin-Robbins

Great staff and good portion sizes! Cold stone gives you a coupon when you check in so bonus for that. Way better than zero degrees
