Excellent Taiwanese bubble tea chain with good quality tea made with good quality ingredients (think organic milk, vegan milk, cane sugar, and other natural ingredients). Many establishments use premade flavored powders to create your bubble tea. As far as I know Raretea does not do this. The staff are polite and thoughtful (like most workers in Taiwan and Japan) and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I've had the Hokkaido Milk Tea and Coffee Milk Tea so far. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The customer service is always amazing. The sweetest people worker there. I can not express this enough that their matcha latte is the absolute best and my all-time favorite. It's so so so good, add some boba, and you have such a refreshing drink. Love rare tea! My sister and I always come here for their matcha (literally best matcha anywhere in the av area) and whenever we change our go to order we're never disappointed by their overall quality in their drinks. The employees are always super nice and the shop itself is spacious and super clean. Best boba shop in the av area honestly especially since you can change their sweetness.
