“I recently stopped by Rustic Bakery for lunch and was blown away by the delicious flavors! The Ciracha Chicken Sandwich was a highlight - the chicken was tender and juicy, with a perfect balance of spicy and tangy from the Ciracha sauce. Paired with the refreshing Arnold Palmer drink, it made for a satisfying and filling meal. The bakery itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff and a wide variety of tasty treats on display. I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the care that went into crafting each sandwich. If you're in the area, Rustic Bakery is a must-visit for a delicious and satisfying meal. Five stars and I'll definitely be back!“
“It's been said that when you die and go to heaven it will be better than you could have ever imagined. That's how I feel about Empirio Rulli. It's got a beautiful ambiance with pastries that rival any I've had anywhere. The Custard Bombolini was so good with delicious custard like I've never had. My cappuccino was excellent. This is a must visit kind of place.“
“I've not been able to find any other bakery that uses high quality ingredients, is transparent about the ingredients they use and tastes fabulous. Miette does not compromise on ingredients. They source the best. For those for whom quality ingredients matter, I haven't found anything comparable.“
“Between my wife and me we ate four of the turkey baguettes and a mocha. The sandwiches were tasty and a cut above deli fare but certainly didn't justify a $10 price for each sandwich. A quaint place but don't bring your appetite.“

“I can't believe I've lived in San Francisco my entire life and hadn't had Liguria's focaccia until last month. I came in right before 9:00am on a Tuesday and was able to get three slabs of the pizza focaccia ($9 each), which is what my colleague who grew up in North Beach recommended, to bring to the office. It was easily one of the best focaccia I've ever had! No wonder they typically sell out well before they close for the day. I'll definitely be back to try the other kinds. Note: they're cash only.“

“Hands down THE best croissant in San Francisco. But they have so much more than that. Pates, quiches, desserts - and they all look so Parisian. Walking in is an exercise in self control. But the good news is, if you do cave in, it’s worth it!“

“It's a must visit spot for Iconic and authentic donuts in San Francisco. They have a variety of flavours to try and they are open 24 hours. My personal favorites vanilla custard, blueberry, old fashioned, marshmallow, apple.Unfortunately, they don't have dine in space and offers only take away.“

“So cool! You get to see when they make them! It's a small place but they have the space you need. There are different flavors, shapes, and sizes! They even have chocolate covered fortune cookies! They are so nice! You walk in and get a taste of a flat! I enjoyed the moment!“

“They are open! You queue up and the lady opens the gate, asks what you want and will bring it to you. The egg tarts are hot! Eat them immediately. The tart shell is flaky and the filling was perfectly made. $3.75 each, not that cheap but were good. Went around 5:30pm, waited about 15 mins!“

“After an afternoon of hiking in Marin, my youngest daughter was enraged, so I decided to calm her down with coffee and pastries. It worked. We stumbled onto Emporio Rulli and I really wanted to love this place but something felt off. The food was very good and the service was stellar but the store was so empty that it felt strange to be virtually the only people there. Eventually, a few others stopped in but with the amount of pastries and cakes prepared, it appeared they were all ready for business and the customers didn’t come in that day.I look forward to coming back sometime soon as places like this really need local support.
